nami entered the room just to be attacked by naruto.
well, not really.

"nami!"
naruto exclaimed as he rushed to hug the girl. it was obvious to all of team 7 that there was an unknown bond between the two and that nami was completely comfortable with naruto.
the girl put a smile on her face and hugged the boy back.

"nami-chan, are you ok? you seemed really beaten up earlier..."
sakura said as she pulled naruto away from nami.

"i'm fine! i do have a bit of a headache, but it's nothing much!"
nami explained. she looked around the room noticing how there were 4 futons resting on the floor.

"eh, nami! sorry i knocked you out earlier!"
naruto said in a rush, hoping nami wouldn't hear.

"so, it was you!"
nami said. rage was in her voice and it seemed like she was ready to kill once again.
"boke, naruto boke!"

"you dobe,"
sasuke spoke up from the corner he was in.
"i told you to help me calm her down, not knock her out."

"hey, guys? it's kind of getting late... should we head to sleep?"
nami asked the group.

"yea, let's head to bed. tomorrow's going to be tough day!"
sakura said as she agreed with nami.

nami had no clear opinion on sakura.
she thought of her as a kind person who tended to let others do the work for her, maybe because she was scared of messing up.
she was wasted potential, but that didn't mean nami hated her.
the namikaze simply wanted to know her more.
who knows, maybe they'd be good friends if she stopped obsessing over sasuke.

the four settled in the futons and blankly looked up at the ceiling. sasuke was on the far right with nami laying on the bed next to him. beside nami was naruto and sakura was in the far left.

"hey, do any of you ever wonder what's behind kakashi's mask?"
nami asked as she remembered the forehead kiss kakashi gave her earlier. she couldn't help but wonder.

"nami, you make a good point."
naruto said. his energy was low, but his voice was still the loudest one.

"shut up, dobe."
sasuke whisper-yelled.
"but yea i want to know, too."
the second part was quiet enough for only nami to hear.

"maybe we could form a plan to see what's behind a mask, like a mission!"
sakura announced.

"that'd be great! let's do it as soon as we return to the leaf!"
naruto exclaimed once again, a little too loudly but everyone else was way too tired to even complain.

"maybe we could invite him for ramen and watch him eat."
sakura suggested. the others just nodded.

"or we could follow him around all day."
sasuke said in his usual monotone voice.

"or we could hide in his house and wait for him to remove it!"
naruto then said, earning a punch from sakura.

"alright! that's enough for today!"
nami said, completely ignoring naruto's suggestion.
i mena, who would do that? no.

"alright, good night!"
sakura said, then turned and zoned off in a deep slumber.

"good night!"
naruto followed.
"good night, nami-chan!"
