kakashi's arms wrapped around nami's small body.
he could feel the eye giving her more and more power, increasing her chakra instead of taking it away from her.

one of the eye's unknown ability was that it could take chakra from others that were around the user without the user intending to. it's ability is similar to sage chakra as the user would be taking chakra from nature.

"nami, you need to calm down."
kakashi whispered in her ear in a soothing voice as an attempt to calm her down.
oddly enough, it worked.

"don't engage in any combat,"
kakashi announced to the group.
"and take care of nami and tazuna."
and just as that, kakashi left to class in a battle with his opponent.

zabuza momochi.

"i'll help you take care of her, kakashi."
zabuza said in a raspy voice. the man launched his large sword and threw it her way.
luckily, naruto and sasuke stopped it.

nami was ready to get in on some action, yet something stopped her.
as soon as the uchiha wrapped his arms around her as kakashi had said, her eye deactivated, though that didn't calm her down one bit.

"n-naruto, help me out."
sasuke said through his breath. he didn't except the young girl to be this strong. he excepted her to be like naruto due to their features.

"got it!"
naruto exclaimed.
the blonde boy grabbed his backpack and swung it over, hitting nami straight in the head and knocked her out.

"you idiot! look what you did!"
sakura yelled as sasuke threw a hard punch at naruto.

"ow!"

"you deserve that!"

the fight came to an end and kakashi was absolutely exhausted due to the sharingan, which obviously upset little sasuke.

team 7 began marching to tazuna's household where they'd be staying the night.
after all, kakashi and nami were almost dead.

kakashi's reason was simply due to overusing the sharingan.

nami's reason was a bit different.
the shikatsugan is an eye that tires the user even when it's not activated.
it's a powerful eye that's hard to manage, and nami seemed more like the type of kid to be able to take care of a tailed beast than such an eye.
minato gave the wrong children the wrong things.

nami rested in kakashi's arms, leaving her head in his toned chest.
suddenly, her eyes shot open.

"sensei, did i miss anything?"
she asked with her sweet eyes which seemed like eyes of pure hell at the same time.

"you missed everything, and that's a good thing."
the older man said in a quiet, low voice.
"sasuke, can you carry nami?"

sasuke nodded and took nami out of kakashi's arms, carrying her in bridal style.
his grip on her was somewhat harsh, but nami liked it.
it felt like a hug that was needed, the kind of hug someone needs where you get basically strangled. it made nami feel needed, and that's what she needed.

"sasuke, what happened?"

"..."
sasuke did not respond.

ill try to make every chapter from 700 to 1200 words

nami fighting action will begin in a few chapters.
i want to improve her friendship with team 7 in the next few chapters

so, since this is an ocxnaruto!various story, comment who i should add as a love interest.

it's going to be team 7 for sure, except naruto.
naruto will be just a uH best friend :)
sasuke and sakura will be interests
maybe kakashi ;)
