As Josh stood there still in shock, his dorm room door opened and Jaden was standing there still in just his boxers looking like he had the hangover of a lifetime.
Jaden: "Coffee? Oh thank God. You're an angel, dude."
Josh: *still unable to move* "Was Mads here?"
Jaden: "Mads? How do you know about- Wait do you know each other?"
Josh: "That's my ex-girlfriend from Canada. The one I told you followed me here trying to come between my relationship!"
Jaden stepped back into the room and sat on the bed looking like he was trying to solve the world's most complicated math problem in his head.
Josh: "Dude, what the hell happened?"
Jaden: "I swear to God, I had no idea. We met at the Beta Gamma party and she was all over me. I have never been that drunk and one thing led to another and we ended up back here."
Josh: "I don't give a damn that you slept with her. My girlfriend saw Mads leave and assumed it was me in there with her!"
Jaden: "Oh God. I'm so sorry."

Josh: "What happened with Charli? Yesterday you had all of these feelings for Charli and now you're screwing my ex-girlfriend."
Jaden: "Yeah well things change, I guess."
Josh: "That's crap, Jaden."
Jaden: *getting emotional* "Look we can't all have what you have, okay? I tried."
Josh: "Did you tell Charli how you felt or did you just chicken out of anything real like usual?"
Jaden: "You don't know what you're talking about. I have had PLENTY of real feelings. I had real feelings for the girl I hooked up with the first week of school and I tried to deny it for a month until YOU got through to me that I needed to tell her how I felt."
Josh: "Are you talking about my girlfriend? I had no clue that's the girl we were talking about back then..."
Jaden: "I liked her, a lot and when I rescued her from Vinnie at that party I really thought it was my chance to do things better and tell her how I felt, but then you came home and I realized it was the girl you'd been crazy about and I backed off... FOR YOU. Do you realize how hard it was for me to watch you fall in love with the first girl I've ever really had feelings for?"
Josh: "I had no idea. I'm sorry."
Jaden: "And then Charli and I got close and I thought, here's my chance. I have all these feelings again and this is my chance to finally have what you two had. And guess what, she doesn't want me either. So yeah, I went home with a random girl from a party. I'm sorry that it ended up being another girl you staked some claim to first, but instead of having a pity party about that.. Why don't you get your ass across the hall and fix things with the girl that loves YOU back."
