51- Our Boy

Josh: "Quit worrying about them for a minute and come give your boy attention."

You: *smiling*
"I can do that."

Josh: "I'm needy... come love me."

He pulled you back onto his bed on top of him and kissed you. You pulled away with a giggle and shoved a chicken nugget in his mouth:
"First eat and then attention."

Josh: "Okay, Mom."

You: "Speaking of Moms, when does yours get here with Olivia?"

Josh: "Later this week."

You: "I can't believe Mads is going to be here full-time and staying with Olivia. I can't stand to be around her."

Josh: "Trust me. That's what I've been dealing with since the breakup, but Olivia is her friend and no matter how much she messes up, Olivia's heart is just too forgiving. Besides, Jaden is with Mads now. I"m sure she will be too preoccupied with that to cause trouble."

You: "Oh I doubt that, plus you heard Jaden. It's nothing serious."

Josh: "Speaking of roommates. I got a text from Student Housing saying my new roommate has been assigned and he should be here tomorrow."

You: "That's exciting, baby."

You can see the sadness on Josh's face. Despite the problems they had, Jaden and him were very close and Josh was taking his decision to move out hard. Jaden had blamed needing to be closer to the frat house, but you couldn't help but wonder if Mads had something to do with it. Josh interrupted your thoughts by pulling you on top of him:
"Since I have a room to myself for a whole day, maybe we should take advantage of that..."

You: *smiling like you knew exactly what he meant*
"What did you have in mind?"

Josh answered with his lips pressing against yours. You wasted no time moving him between your legs so he was centered perfectly above you as you pulled his shirt off. He'd been working out all summer and his tan hadn't started to fade yet. You kissed down his neck and he responded by moaning against your ear as he started to lose control. His lips still tasted like the sweet root beer he'd had with dinner and his tongue felt ice cold.

He felt you shudder and had the idea to put an ice cube from his cup into his mouth and run his ice cold lips down across your collarbone. He took your skin into his mouth and sucked leaving a goosebump covered hickey on your chest. You wrapped your thighs around his waist, pulling his body tight against yours as you pulled his face back up to yours. You craved his kiss like you had never wanted anything in your life.

You absorbed his weight as he moved his body against yours until he collapsed against your bare skin, breathlessly. You were draped across Josh's bare chest feeling his skin under your fingertips. Your favorite part of being alone with him had to be these moments when you drifted off to sleep skin to skin.

Tracing his tan skin with your fingers and just in awe that this boy has fallen as deeply in love with you as you love him. And to feel so sure of that because of the way he relaxes in your arms. You could hear Josh's breath start to steady as you reached the point of drifting off yourself when you heard a noise in the hall right outside the door.

It wasn't alarming because the hallways in the dorm got loud sometimes, but panic set in when you heard the doorknob rattle. You scrambled to pull the blanket up around your chest as the door pushed in. Josh shot up to sitting, making sure he was covered as a tall, athletic boy with light brown hair walked in.

His face froze in shock as Josh scrambled to toss you his t-shirt. The boy smiled shyly revealing the most precious dimples you'd ever seen before turning around and letting you both get dressed. After pulling on his sweats and making sure you'd gotten into your underwear and his oversized tee, Josh reached his hand out and introduced himself.

Josh: "Hi, I'm Josh. You must be my new roommate."

Noah: "My name's Noah. Sorry about that. I didn't see anything, promise."

Josh: "Clearly I wasn't expecting you until tomorrow."

Noah: "Weird, housing should have known, soccer practice starts for me tomorrow so I have to be officially moved in tonight."

You: "You play soccer? That's cool. Our team is really great."

Noah: *still nervously blushing*
"If I'm interrupting, I can get lost for a bit."

Josh: "Oh, no. Not at all. We were done-"

You hit Josh in the stomach to shut him up before he reveals too much private details:
"I'll let you guys get to know each other and I'll be in my room across the hall."

You kissed Josh quickly and smiled at Noah before heading across the hall.

Noah: *calling out after you*
"It was nice to meet you!!"
