Aurora looked at the initials carved into the tree.

H.K& K.K.

She took her camera out and snapped a picture before she backed away from the tree and took a swig of her water bottle. She grabbed her cam recorder before she began to speak.

"Holly Keg and Kieran Keg were last seen in this forest. The only trace left of them according to officials were their initials carved into a tree rumored to be a hundred years old. After searching the forest for the last four hours I have come across the tree. The tree is a large willow tree and at the front of it the couple carved their initials in before disappearing. Not a single sign is left of them except for these initials but today I will do my best to find out what happened to them." After her little speech Aurora turned off her cam recorder.

She set her bag down before digging through it and taking out her go-pro. This was the best case she had in a while.

Aurora liked to chase mysteries and conspiracy theories. She did this for a living as well. Aurora had a YouTube channel with 400K subscribers that was going strong. But she needed an even better case, and this was it.

After turning on her helmet Aurora set out. The police officers weren't doing much for this case, so Aurora didn't have to worry about them.

The woods tended to have people go missing in it. Aurora continued throughout keeping her eyes peeled for any clues. An hour in she stopped as she found a shoe and pulled out one of her cameras.

"An hour in and I have found a shoe, it's a woman's boot, could it belong to Holly Keg, Holly wore a size eight," Aurora paused as she picked up. "The boot is a size eight." Aurora set the shoe down as she looked up.

"Our first clue, the couple could be out here somewhere, I brought typical supplies with me including a sleeping bag, food for four days as well as water and an extra set of clothes and a first aid kit. If they are alive, we can attempt to help them." Aurora spoke before shutting that clip off and continuing through the woods.

Aurora continued through the woods listing off anything she found. The last clue she found before she paused at an abandoned mineshaft was a necklace.

"In front of me is an abandoned mine, could they have fallen in?" Aurora asked as she walked over to the edge of the shaft.

She made sure to be careful. The couple could have easily slipped and be stuck down there, the last thing Aurora needed was to slip and fall as well. Aurora checked her bag for her satellite phone just in case. With how far out in the woods she knew her phone wouldn't get a signal.

However, when she peeked over the edge everything in her wanted to vomit. She could feel her lunch attempting to rise back up when she saw the two bodies at bottom.

Dead bodies weren't what frightened her. Aurora had seen corpses before, but it was the condition of them.

They looked half eaten and their clothes were completely torn off leaving them naked with all sorts of wounds covering their body. Aurora froze as she held the camera in her hand unable to move as she stared down.

Turning her back to the woods turned into Aurora's fatal mistake as she didn't hear him coming up behind her.

"Looks like we have some more food." As Aurora went to turn around someone shoved her right down the mineshaft as she slammed into the ground her right leg taking the brunt of the impact before the person jumped down and caught himself.

Terror rushed through Aurora as she crawled backwards. He was tall and wore some sort of animal skull with antlers sticking out of it. He approached her before he grabbed her legs and began dragging her down.

"I have more food!" Was the last thing Aurora heard before she was knocked right out.
