I'm struck by your brevity
Almost like a twisted hand's masterpiece
Laid out, dying in front of me
I have your heart
And you hold mine
Your heart blisters, the sinew snaps, it leaks blood
And in panic, in going, you break my life
And I hate it. Your brevity
There is a cavity in your bodice, my body
There is raw flesh
So raw you can't smell it yet.
Go to heaven please.
Take my calloused heart with you
And when my brevity meets me
Give back our hearts, help us heal
So, once again- without pain
We can have this world, it will be real
