What does being pregnant mean? What do they mean I will be an oneechan now?

Eri-chan watched as Mom- former Izu-kun - threw himself to Uncle Kacchan. Uncle Kacchan made a sound when their bodies collided and they collapsed on the floor, Mom on top of Uncle Kacchan. Mom laughed soon after, while Uncle Kacchan can only make another sound as he looks at Mom the way Eri-chan always looks at Burn-niichan and Ice-niichan.

"Izuku." Eri-chan turned when Eri-chan heard Dad, his voice is like when Eri-chan did something Eri-chan isn't supposed to do. "Please don't do that." Dad said once more. But Dad is smiling.

Eri-chan frowned, why does when Dad made that voice to Eri-chan, he didn't smile? Is that what it means to be pregnant? To be able to do anything you're not supposed to do? How can I be an oneechan with Mom doing that?

Mom only stuck his tongue to Dad, then he cuddled Uncle Kacchan on the floor. Eri-chan saw Dad and Uncle Kacchan shook their heads (despite the fact that Uncle Kacchan was on the floor), smiling.

"Eri-chan." Eri-chan turned to the voice when Eri-chan heard her name. Uncle Ei was smiling at Eri-chan, so Eri-chan smiled back. "Hello, little pumpkin." Uncle Ei greeted Eri-chan, his hand reaching on Eri-chan's face.

Eri-chan made a purring sound, nuzzling onto Uncle Ei's hand. Eri-chan heard Uncle Ei make a purring sound as well. Then, Eri-chan's eyes settled on Eisuke-kun. Eri-chan tilted her head sidewards, Eisuke-kun followed. Eri-chan giggled, Eisuke-kun really likes following what she does!

This isn't the first time Uncle Kacchan, Uncle Ei and Eisuke-kun came to their house. Many days after Mom told everyone that he's pregnant, Eri-chan heard Mom asked Dad to call Uncle Kacchan. At first, Dad was saying no, but when Mom said, it wasn't Mom who's looking for Uncle Kacchan (Eri-chan really didn't know who, since it was really Mom who's asking), Dad only made that sound he does with his mouth, before saying okay. This would be five days Uncle Kacchan, Uncle Ei and Eisuke-kun came here.

And Mom always does that- throwing himself at Uncle Kacchan before laughing. And Dad always calls for his name the way he did earlier. Uncle Ei once told Eri-chan that Mom really likes Uncle Kacchan's smell, like the way Mom does with Eri-chan's smell. And Dad doesn't like it.

Eri-chan cannot understand adults. Why do Dad let Mom do that if he doesn't like it? Uncle Ei told me because Dad adores Mom and that Dad would do anything Mom wants because Mom is pregnant.

I still cannot understand. Is that an excuse?

"Hey, Uncle Ei..." Eri-chan called. Uncle Ei turned to me with a smile. " What does it mean that Mom is pregnant? What does it mean that I'll be an oneechan now? "

Uncle Ei smiled at Eri-chan before scenting Eri-chan. Eri-chan made a purring sound once more, "It means you'll be having a baby sibling now! Just like when Eri-chan came to Katsu and Kouri-niichan."

Eri-chan was suddenly taken aback. Just like when Eri-chan came to everyone?

That's not... true.

"We're home!" Eri-chan and everyone else turned to the door when everyone heard Burn-niichan and Ice-niichan. The two of them were smiling as they entered the house. Eri-chan saw the change in their eyes when they saw Mom. Eri-chan knows that look, Eri-chan does that too whenever Eri-chan sees Dad, Mom, Burn-niichan and Ice-niichan.

"Welcome home, oniichans." Mom declared, giggling. Eri-chan watched as Burn-niichan and Ice-niichan came to Mom, smelling Mom. Eri-chan made another purring sound and stood up, Eri-chan would greet Burn-niichan and Ice-niichan and smell Mom, too.
