"Stand clear, I'll be discussing something with the village leader."

As Fang commanded, he heard the group let out a hum of acknowledgement, letting him walk over to the blue-alien present as he gave a polite nod and bow to the leader, "I'm Admiral Fang of TAPOPS, I apologize for the sudden trouble you've met." He spoke, his tone pliant as he didn't want to cause conflict, getting through to the leader who gave a pressed smile, pulling a hand out as they shook their hands, speaking, "It's fine, but the situation is a bit pressing as of the moment, the miners haven't returned and the one that escaped spoke of a terrifying anomaly within the mines. I hope you can manage it."

With the limited information, Fang made the group of men, including the two troublemakers set up a temporary base and take some refuges in the offered homes of the village, Fang sat down on the temporary tent of the base, flicking through the map as he frowned, seeing a weird pattern of the miners disappearing around the same route.

Fang sighed, massaging his temples, pulling off his sleeveless coat, reattaching his arm-band as he looked around, seeing there was a guard outside, moving as he spoke, "Keep watch, I'll be looking around." The guard saluted before he walked off, moving off to the village as he observed the lamps lit up around the place, seeing some of those staff agents walking about, saluting to him. He felt a movement on his side as he caught a familiar figure, seeing the color drain from Yusuf's face as he shoved Aiguo back after another round of bickering.

Aiguo scrambled to stand beside Yusuf, prepared to make up excuses as Fang lifted his hand, "Follow me. We're going somewhere." He commanded, not waiting for their response as he walked off, leaving them to follow, seeing the village people move about and grab some food for the evening when Fang's leg collided with something, he saw a little alien holding his head, seemingly hitting his head on the male's shoulder.

Fang gave a genuine smile, knelt down as he recalled how Yurika was close to the alien's height, "Sorry, did you get hurt badly?" He asked in a softer voice opposed to the icy tone of his command to the two, the alien simply shook his head, giving a small smile, "I'm okay, sorry for bothering you, mister." He nodded, gently patting his head as the alien boy ran back to his friend, playing around. Fang stood proper as he walked towards the gates, soon exiting the main village to the surrounding rocky areas and forestry. His feet led him before the main cavern in the map, seeing the gaping hole as he glanced at the two, "Keep your surroundings in check and follow me." "Yes, sir." They chorused as he lifted his hand, summoning a light orb that shone their path.

Several wooden crevices appeared in view, keeping the structure of the cavern stable as Fang kept a mindful eye, seeing weird ores on the ground, Aiguo, the new recruit, knelt attempting to grab the weird jewel when he got grabbed by the collar, Fang seeing Yusuf holding him up, "Sir... there's a weird scent around here." The ocieran-variant spoke as he cleared his throat, letting go of Aiguo as Fang nodded. "Let's look for a few more minutes, afterwards we can head out." He stated, moving deeper into the cavern as he saw a branching path, squinting his eyes as he failed to recall the area in the map given to him.

There was a light clink, making him see a pebble fall from the top, staring into the ceiling his eyes widened to see a boulder on a rope falling down, "Move back!" he slashed the light into a lasso, pushing back the two agents from the collision as he jumped back, earning a gash from the nearby debris flying from the boulder.

"Sir! Are you okay?!" Aiguo asked, seeing the air clearing around as Fang made out the top of their figures on the other side, both looking to see the boulder had broken through the ground, leaving Fang trapped on the other side, he caught sight of several masked and hooded figures, pointing weapons towards the two agents as Fang gritted his teeth, "Shadow Jungle!" He smacked the wall nearby, his shadow crawling all throughout the wall as it slowly formed large tendrils that drew back the enemies, "Aiguo, Yusuf, signal outside! I'll find my way on my own!" "Roger, c'mon!" Yusuf yelled as Aiguo rushed to keep up with the ocieran, Fang turned his back to see that the path he took led to somewhere from the end providing light.
