Kuroo left for the airport and you were cleaning up the tea cups.
"Um.." You started.

"Well I should get going hun, I still have some shopping to do."

"Are you sure? Would you like company?"

She shook her head. "No that's okay hun, but thank you."

You gave her a small smile. "Oh and there was something you were gonna tell me, what is it?"

"Maybe another time dear." She smiled before starting towards the door.

"You're sick aren't you?"

His mother froze in her tracks.
She kept her back to you. 
"How did you know?"

"I could tell something was up when you started to talk about it, well try to.."

She turned to face you, tears had filled her eyes.
"Um..please don't tell Tetsurou..I'm not ready to tell him just yet.."

"What is it?"

"I'm sorry?"

"The illness..what is it?"

"Heart disease dear...I had a heart attack a couple years ago..but it's only getting worse..."

You felt your breathing stop. 
Kuroo never mentioned to you about his mom having a heart attack before..He never even told you that she was diagnosed with heart disease.
This hurt you beyond words.
And now she wants you to keep this is a secret from Kuroo?

"Does Kuroo know that you had a heart attack?" You asked.

Her face softened. "Yes..but he doesn't know that I've been having more problems.."

"I see." You look down to the ground.

"I'll tell him when it's the right time..for now..please keep this between us?"

You nodded, not making eye contact with her.

She didn't day another word as she left out the door.

Once you heard the door close, you started to immediately cry. Your emotions were everywhere and now you have this big secret that you have to keep from your Fiance? Why? How in the hell are you just gonna act like nothing happened? Act like she's perfectly fine?

"Ugh! I hate being pregnant!" You grunted as you know that your hormones were just making this whole situation worse.

Y/n: No it's an old friend that me and him went to high school with, he'll be staying with us for a couple of days.

Y/n: Very, he also used to like memes so?

LittleBrat: Ah yes, I like him already.

You laughed at your sister as you wondered if Yaku was still into memes like he used to be? He was always showing you something on his phone or sending you a few during the night.
