The Meeting

You woke up that morning feeling a mix of emotions. You were excited but nervous about your meeting with this new publishing agency..they told Akaashi that they liked your work and wanted to hire you. Not to mention this will be a thing that you and your sister will be doing together. The thought made you happier than ever.

You looked over next to you to see Kuroo still fast asleep next to you, his head buried in the pillows and small snores coming out. Oh how this man has made you happy.
If it wasn't for him, you'd never of met Akaashi or even worse, if you weren't dating him, you would still be under your parents control, as well as Kahori.
The argument that made you be disowned would never of happened and you'd never of escaped their grasps.

You smiled as you reached over and started to play with Kuroo's hair that was shown through the pillows.
You chuckled when you heard him moan and peak his head up with sleepy eyes.
He gave you a small smile.
"Good morning beautiful." He said in a groggy morning voice.

My god..this man..

"Good morning handsome."

He had one eye closed as he turned to check the time. He then sighed and sat up in bed and gave out a good stretch.
You were mesmerized by the sight in front of you. He was shirtless which made you practically drool over his back muscles.
He was just a fir as he was in high school.

You bit your bottom lip.

"I can feel your eyes on me." Kuroo teased as he turned to see you biting your lip and smiling. 
You have been caught.

"Morning Tetsu is my favourite Tetsu." 

He let a low chuckle that sent a shiver down your spine. 
He ran a hand through his hair and smirked.
"We better get up and get ready, you have the meeting at nine baby."

You sighed. "What time is it?"

He reached over and grabbed his phone showing you that it was a little after seven.

You smirked. "We still have time." You the sat up and pulled him back into bed.
He hovered over top of you.

"You're in a good mood this morning I see." He teased as he leaned down to you and started to plant small kisses down your neck.
The sensation sent chills down your back.

"I have you to wake up to every morning, that alone is a great start to my day." 

He pulled away and looked you in the eyes. He then raised a hand and cupped the side of your face, He rubbed his thumb on your cheek and smiled.

You started back into his eyes to see nothing but love and lust.
You smiled and shook your head as you wrapped your arms around his neck and pulled him into a passionate kiss.

You decided to drive yourself to your meeting as it was the opposite direction that Kuroo was going.
When you stepped out of the car you took in the view of the tall building that stood in front of you.
This place was bigger than your old work. You grew nervous as you walked towards the door.
You fixed the hem of your dress pants and made sure you still looked presentable as you did when you left your apartment.

You were immediately greeted by a lady when you walked through the giant glass doors.
"Are you Miss L/n?"

"Oh-yes I am."

The lady smiled. "Please follow me."

You nodded as you held the straps of your bag.
The lady and you stayed silent till you walked into an elevator.
Even the buttons looked fancy.

"Sir Mosu is quite excited to meet you, since the meeting he had with Sir Bokuto, He has been intrigued to meet the woman he gloated about."

Bokuto?..Ah right, Akaashi took Kou's last name..man that will never not be confusing..I see what Ukie was trying to get at now..

"I have to say I'm very excited myself." You managed to say but kicked yourself in the butt when you realized how dry you were.

The lady smiled and motioned you to follow her since you arrived to the top floor.
She lead you down a long hallway till you reached an office that had a sign with MOSU on the door.
The walls were made of complete glass.
You did your best to contain your amazement.

When you the two of you walked into the office Mosu stood up from his desk and greeted his secretary and yourself.
He walked over and shook your hand firmly, he also gave you a friendly smile.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Miss L/n! I've heard that you're quite the writer! Please come take a seat!" He motioned you to an empty chair that sat across from his deak.
He then took his usual seat.

"So, tell me about yourself." He started.

You felt your palms start to get sweaty as you spoke. "Well I'm twenty three, I am currently unemployed but I love to write..I went to America and took a few classes on writing so I also know how to write in fluent english." You gave him a simple smile. You were also cursing yourself on the inside for being so awkward.

"Bokuto-san had told me all about your first manga and I even got to read it myself and I have to day, you have amazing talent. I was also informed that you were working on another manga? Maybe a series?"

You nodded. "Ah yes, I have been, Um..Keij-Bokuto-san has been helping me edit all the drafts and even helped me produce it. Would you like to see a copy of the first volume?"

Mosu's eyes widened. "You have a copy? Oh yes please!"

You smiled as you reached in your bag and grabbed the manga that Akaashi made for you.
You swore you saw sparkles in Mosu's eyes when you handed it over.

"This is the only copy yes?" He asked.

You shook your head. "I see, I promise to take good care of it..oh I see another name here for the illustration. L/n Kahori..Is this a relative of yours?"

You nodded. "Yes sir, that's my baby sister, she drew all the pictures in there."

Mosu opened the book and flipped through some pages. "I have to say..she is also quite talented. How old is she?"

You heart skipped a beat. "She's only seventeen but she's turning eighteen in only a couple more months."

"Seventeen huh?"

"If it's the age Sir, I promise she's much more-"

"Age is not a problem, I can see she has true talent like you, And knowing that a sibling duo made this will bring many sales. Especially if both you lived through what is written here."

You nodded. "Actually Sir, It is written out of personal experience."

Mosu smiled. "And those are the best stories to ever be written, I'll tell you what. I want you here to come here first thing monday morning and we'll set up your own office but you also have the option to work at home. I would love to work with you L/n."

You felt a small smile creep onto your face.
You stood up and shook hands with Mosu.
"I look forward to working with you as well."

Mosu smiled.
The two of you talked for a bit longer till you took your leave.
As soon as you sat down in your car, the first thing you did was text Kuroo and Akaashi, telling them that you got the job.

Yes, it was true. Things were finally turning around.
