House Hunting

Kuroo had talked with his father, he agreed to meet up with him a day here soon, but for now, he also wanted to think some things through.

"Oi what about this place?" Yaku smiled.

"I mean it's nice, but a little to much..."

"Ya you're right... You guys aren't country folks."

You chuckled.

"Oh this one!"

"No.."

You and Yaku were currently looking at the housing market for you and Kuroo. The apartment is nice and all but being honest, since a baby is coming, it's time to get something bigger for the growing family.

Yaku seemed more excited than you, in honesty.. You weren't really into it.
But It made Yaku happy to be apart of something so you didn't stop him.

"This is nice! And it's right by Nekoma for Kahori!"

You chuckled. "I mean... We don't really plan on moving till Kahori graduates..."

"Oh.." He frowned. "So this one is a no?"

You patted his shoulder. "Sorry Yaku.."

He nodded. "It's okay... Oh wait what about this one!" He pointed at the laptop.

"Now that's really nice..but..it's way out of our price range.."

"Oh okay Miss, Author who is marrying a someone who's got money!"

"Ohh Kay...I'm just thinking ahead.. It's too much Yaku.."

He waved you off.
"You're too picky."

You smiled. "No, you're just bad at picking houses.."

"Who's bad at picking houses?" Kuroo said as he walked into the kitchen and saw the two of you sitting at the island.

"Yaku is."

"Ah, I should of known, yeah that's not surprising."

Yaku turned fast and gave him a dirty look.
"Hey! Says the guy who didn't even invite me to her publishing party and tell everyone she's pregnant."

You chuckled. "I told him to, but I guess he forgot.."

"Sorry dude."

Yaku let out a loud huff. "I do not accept your apology."
He then turned around to look back at the laptop.
Kuroo smirked, and leaned down to give you a small kiss on the cheek.

"How you feeling babe?"

"A little tired.. And hungry."

"You want me to make you something?"

You smiled and nodded to him excitedly.
"My favorite?"

He smiled. "Of course love.. Yo you staying for dinner Yaku."

Yaku stayed silent.

"Yaku bro!"

Still stayed silent.

You chuckled.
"Yaku? Would you like to stay for dinner?" You asked him.

He smiled to you. "I would love to Y/n...thank for I.n.v.i.t.i.n.g.m.e."He looked to Kuroo is a sassy way.

Kuroo rolled his eyes.
"Dude, I'm sorry.."

Yaku crossed his arms, still ignoring Kuroo.

"Whatever dude."

You smiled to Yaku who just smiled back. He liked picking on Kuroo and you loved it too.

"Baby? Where's Kahori?"

"She's out.." You smirked.

Kahori was indeed out. But what you didn't say was that she was out on another date with the same boy she went to the festival with.
You were happy to see her finding love.

"At her friends again?"

"Yeah.. A friend"

Kuroo eyed you.
"Where is she?"

You smiled to Yaku, who looked just as confused at your fiance.

"Okay okay, just cause I'm excited, she's on a date."

"What!"
Kuroo and Yaku said at the same time.

You looked to Yaku surprised.
"The hell you getting defensive for?"

"She's your baby sister, so in turn she's my baby sister...

You rolled your eyes at him.

"No no wait, hold up, where'd she go with him?"

"I don't know, she didn't say."

"To his house?"

"Tetsurou stop."

"No... Is she?"

"I don't know! So what if she is!"

"You known how high school boys are.."

"Exactly!" Yaku chimed in.

You shook your head at the two.
"Ya know, you guys used to be high school boys.."

"My point exactly!" Kuroo pouted.

"Tetsu... We started dating the same age that Kahori is.."

"Exactly!" He said once more.

You shook your head once more.
"Okay...well stop being like this and just let her live a little.."  You smiled to them and then stood up.
"Also.. I hate being pregnant."
You then walked away.

Yaku looked over to Kuroo with a raised eyebrow.

"It's because she has to pee every two minutes."  Kuroo explained

"Ahhhhhhh...."

Your days went by like normal, working mainly from home since you didn't feel like going into the office, yes the fatigue of being pregnant has passed, but you still felt incredibly lazy, and... All your dress clothes don't fit.

So why try squeezing in them only to suffer in the office when you could work from home in your sweats.

Your boss was also pretty chill about the whole thing, since you're still emailing him your final drafts after editing it with Akaashi.
The Manga series was starting full tilt and you found yourself growing more and more excited.

You decided to take a break this afternoon, your eyes strained from staring at the laptop screen for too long.
You decided to end your day with reading a book.
You noticed how small your book collection was compared to your old one, which only made you wanna go book shopping, but that would also result in you spending more money than you want to, and with a baby nearing, you didn't want to spend unnecessary money.

Reading a book that you had randomly, you came across a part when the two lovers start off their life.
And a wedding scene was written.

You smiled.
You still needed to decide on a date and prepare.
Kuroo says he's not in a rush to marry you, but you could tell he was a little bit.

You smiled to yourself, closing the book in your hands and looking down at your belly.

"What do you think little guy? You think it's almost time to marry your dad? I think so too."
