Our Story. (KurooXReader) BOOK TWO!

The News.

Kuroo had drove you to work after your moment by the lake. You gave him a kiss before walking into your office to start your work day.

Walking in you greeted everyone with a bright smile plastered on your face.

You took a seat at your desk and sighed as you had to start working on your new manga again. You didn't have a deadline just yet for the illustrator, but with you being you, you wanted to be prepared. Unfortunately you've come across writers block.

"Morning Y/n." Akaashi greeted as he stepped into your office.

"Good morning Akaashi.."

"You okay?" He said taking a seat on a spare chair.

You nodded. "I've had the best morning, it's just this manga..I just can't seem to make it come to life..make it like how my first one was...I just..I just want it to be amazing."

Akaashi hummed. "Well, there's no deadline so you don't have to rush, even though I know you will but just remember to take it eas-" He stopped suddenly and looked at you with wide eyes.

You raised an eyebrow at him. "Akaashi?"

He pointed to your hand. "When the hell did that happen?"

You looked down and blushed. "Remember when I said that I had the most amazing morning?"

Akaashi shook his head as he stood up and pulled you up into a hug.
"It's about damn time." He laughed.

You pulled away. "I mean he asked me the day I returned..but today I guess.."

"I'm so happy for you guys. Kuroo loves you so much, I can see it when he looks at you."

"Kinda like the way you look at Bokuto?" You teased.

His face flushed and he scratched the side of his cheek. "Yeah..."

"Akaashi, i've been thinking, you know your wedding is next month..you shouldn't help me out here till you come back from your honeymoon..I'm sure the stress from this and the wedding is probably taking a toll on ya."

He shook his head at you. "I'm not stressed, and besides, I told you that i'd help you and I plan on keeping that promise..also Bokuto has been a good help with organizing.."

You laughed. "And by that you mean that you guys hired a wedding coordinator didn't you?" You said with a straight face as you knew that Akaashi wanted to do everything himself but You guessed he caved.

He chewed the inside of his lip while smiling sheepishly. "Maybe.."

You smiled and shook your head at your friend. "I better get back to work.."

He nodded before leaving you alone in your office. 

You took a seat again and stared down at your current state of the manga.
You tapped a pan on the table as you were in deep thought.
You then decided to start over completely, yes our boss will be mad, but you didn't care. You wanted to write something that you were passionate about. 
You've heard somewhere that the best stories are made up when you actually lived through it. So you decided to ditch the current genre you were writing and you went straight to a family drama story.

Feeling a bit more inspired you got straight to work. You let all your ideas pour out of your mind and onto paper.

The day had flown by really fast since you were actually having fun writing your new story. You suddenly felt a presence in front of you. You looked up from your desk and smiled when you saw Kuroo standing in the doorway.

"How long you've been there?" You asked with a smile.

He shrugged his shoulders. "Not long, but long enough to admire you with how hard your working, oh and when you'd bite our bottom lip when you thought of an idea."

You rolled your eyes at your future husband. "What are you doing here?" You stood up to walk over to him.

"Do you know what time it is baby?" He asked while grabbing your waist.

"No?"

He laughed. "I figured, time to go home my love, oh and we're gonna have company over for dinner."

You raised an eyebrow. "Company?"

"Yeah, Kenma, Miku, Bokuto and Akaashi are coming over, oh and Easton of course."

"I see..So I'm guessing that I'm making dinner?" You smirked.

"Well i'm gonna help obviously.." He smiled as he leaned to you for a small kiss. "Come on, lets get home. I already picked up Kahori from school earlier.."

"She's gonna freak out when she sees the ring.." You smiled.

"She is." Kuroo then laced his hand into yours and pulled you out of your office. He then lead you to the car, opening the door for you with a "M'lady"

Once getting home you immediately went to the kitchen to decide on what to make. 

"Welcome home!" Kahori said coming to the kitchen to greet you.

"Hey Kahori, how was school?" You asked, while keeping your eyes in the cupboard, your hands gripping the handles.

"No freaking way." Kahori said as she walked up to you, she grabbed your hand and yanked it down to her view.

"Ow."

"He finally gave you a ring huh?" She smirked.

You rolled your eyes at your sister.
She knew that Kuroo asked you to marry him the day you came back to Japan, You couldn't contain your excitement so you told her. But she was forever picking on you about how he hasn't put a ring on your finger officially. But now, she couldn't stop smiling.

"I heard that we're having company over..Kuroo told me." She said letting go of your hand.

"You got it kid, oh and I asked Kenma to bring Easton just for you." Kuroo said walking into the kitchen.

"Sick! Congrats by the way, only took a month to-"

"Oi!" Kuroo yelled, shutting her up and she smiled, as she tuned to leave.

You turned to Kuroo. "So? Dinner? What are we having?" 

Kuroo hummed. "I'm sure we can figure it out.." He said looking in the fridge and pulling out a few ingredients. "How about (Fav Dinner meal)"

You smiled. "Sounds good to me."

You both started preparing the dinner for everyone. Kuroo had said that everyone will be here for Seven and it was currently Five. You had plenty of time to get dinner made and get dressed out of your work clothes.

You smiled as you took in the breathtaking view of your fiance. He had taken off his suit jacket and wore a deep red button up that he had the sleeves rolled up. 
You couldn't help yourself but stare.

Kuroo who could feel your eyes on him, just shook his head. "You good?" He teased.

"Perfect why?"

"This is the second time today that i've caught you drooling over me." He winked.

"Well I mean, have you seen yourself?"

Kuroo chuckled. "I love you."

"I love you too nerd."
