It was now Wednesday and I still hadn't left the dorm. I wouldn't have even left my room if it wasn't for food and I only left when I knew everybody else had gone to class.
I hadn't even gone to class. I hadn't said I wasn't going in either so I'd probably get in trouble but I didn't care. Well I did, but I had other things to worry about.
This Friday was the day I was supposed to go home to spend Valentines Day with Ashton. I first thought of going home just to see my mum, but no doubt Ashton would come over and have a shitty excuse and apology and I couldn't deal with it.
So I decided to stay here for the week off we had. I'd also turned my phone off so I hadn't spoke to anyone. I probably had calls off the college asking why I wasn't in class and also calls off my mum but I didn't want to speak to anyone, not even my mum.
I turned over in my bed at the sound of knocking on my door.
'Jade, Jade. Open the door? Please, its only me' Hazel whispered
I sighed and got up and opened my door slightly, just enough for her to slide in and then crawled back into bed. I knew I looked bad, I hadn't barely showered or washed my hair. I had absolutely no make up on and I probably looked homeless.
'Jade, you have to leave your room. I know you dont want to and you want to be alone, but come on. Just with me, we'll go anywhere you want?' She smiled and rubbed my arm
'I dont know if I'm up to it yet' I muttered
'Well we can stay in and do something together if you want? Come sit in the living room? You just need to leave your room'
I hesitated for a few seconds before giving in. I sat up slowly and got out of bed.
I didnt want to leave the apartment so we just sat in the living room but I couldn't concentrate on anything that was happening.
'I've been texting you" Hazel said, glancing at me
'Oh sorry, my phones been off' I muttered
'You've spoke to your mum though, right?' She asked
I shook my head without taking my eyes off the screen
'Jade!' She gasped 'Go and phone your mother, right now'
'No, please don't make me do that' I whined
'Go!' She said pointing to my room
I hadn't even told my mum what had happened, so I dreaded this conversation. I took a deep breath and grabbed my phone and turned it on.
I left it a few minutes before looking at it, so everything had loaded and I was surprised. I had loads of texts and voice mails. I opened my messages and had 8 off Luke which I thought was odd, until I opened them
"Jade, please you have to believe me, I never cheated on you"
"Please unblock my number and just speak to me"
"Don't do this please you don't know what it's doing to me!"
"I promise you I'm telling the truth! Listen to me!"
"I dont know who's told you this bullshit but I'm going to kill them"
"Jade please Fucking reply to me!"
"Please answer your phone"
"Jade I'm so sorry, Ashton got hold of my phone and text you. I don't want to be part of this and I dont want to get involved but I do want to say he never cheated on you and I'm telling the truth"
