The girl awoke, her eyes adjusting to the dark as she felt around for her phone only to realise where she was. Sighing, she sat up, glancing around. Everyone was asleep and Bash's snores were beginning to annoy her.
Deciding to get up, the girl grabbed her duvet before tip towing down the stairs and sitting on the sofa, her stitch in her hands.
Jess could feel the sadness overtake her, making her realise that today wasn't going to be a good day. She had battled with depression and anxiety since she was 13, and she always coped by being on her own for the day but being in a house with so many people stopped her from doing that.
The back door opened causing the girl to grab her covers, ready to hide under them before realising it was one of the crew who beckoned her to go outside with them. Contemplating it, the girl just shrugged, following behind them and onto the back decking.
"How are you feeling?" The woman asked, taking a cigarette from her pocket before sitting down on the sofa. Jess felt the tiniest bit awkward as she sat with her duvet draped over her knees, offering some to the lady who shook her head.
"Umm, alright I guess." The girl murmured, fiddling with her stuffed teddy. The woman took a packet of cigarettes out of her pockets, moving it towards the girl who hesitated, thinking back to her bad habits before shrugging, taking one. It wouldn't hurt. "Thank you."
"Don't tell anyone, I'm not supposed to be even talking to you right now." The woman mumbled blowing out the smoke from her mouth, "if you ever need to escape your feelings just come out here, me and the team know what you get like."
Jess just shrugged, taking the lighter from the woman's fingers, lighting her cigarette before giving it back.
"It's beginning to rain." Jess whispered, watching the droplets just a few metres away from them drop. "We'll be fine, the roof is covering us." The woman spoke back and Jess realised she hadn't even asked for her name.
"What's your name?" She whispered, allowing her gaze to stay on the teddy in her lap. "Don't worry about it just know if you wake up, I'll be up and out here." And with that the woman got up and began to make her way to the field just behind the house.
Jess shrugged her shoulders, finishing her cigarette before throwing it into the field, sitting back down, cuddling into her covers while the rain got worse. The girl liked it though, the pitter patter of the rain caused her to yawn and she slowly laid down, hugging the stitch close to her as she let her eyes droop shut and she fell asleep again.

"Guys! Jess is asleep outside!" Vee shouted lightly up the stairs causing the group to chuckle and some to become confused. "Someone wake her up, i don't want to." The girl smiled lightly, knowing waking people up always go wrong.
