Two socially inept students have the best time together.
The rain made little pitter-pattering sounds against the glass outside of Yuga's room. The little shadows of droplets painting the floor in a pretty way that some couldn't help but stare.
While the dual hair colored male found it not at all distracting, Yuga, on the other hand, couldn't take his eyes off the window.
Todoroki looked up from his homework, noticing Yuga stopped scribbling notes in his sparkly gel pen. Instead, he had his elbow on the chabudai table with his head in his hand, looking more graceful than anyone Todoroki knew could. He then followed the blond's gaze to see the rain much heavier than before. The grey clouds darkening over UA high school.
"Yuga?" Todoroki called softly, only receiving a hum in reply. Yuga's eyes stayed glued to the window.
The way they sparkled made Todoroki try a different name. "Little prince?"
Yuga finally broke his gaze and light indigo eyes met Todoroki's grey and blue ones. "Je suis le petit prince?" He spoke in an amused tone, referencing something Todoroki didn't understand, and he clearly showed it with his expression.
The little giggled at Todoroki's confused face, shaking his head, instead, he asked. "Oui, mon amour?"
Again Todoroki had no idea what Yuga was saying, but he often heard the word amour from his little a lot. He really should try to figure out what it meant since Yuga refused to tell him.
"Do you want to take a break? Do you feel little right now?"
After a brief moment of thinking, Yuga nodded slowly. Todoroki eyed the way the blond's hand went to carefully caress his support belt. Immediately getting up and rounding the table to tend to his little. "Are you okay? Does your tummy hurt?"
He received a nod again from the blond, now properly noticing the occasional sick look on Yuga's face as he curled inch by inch into his stomach.
"Let's get you on the bed, you'll be more comfortable that way." Todoroki felt robotic as he helped Yuga travel the short distance to his bed.
Before, Todoroki felt out of place with his mannerisms. All his friends seemed to be better at talking and interacting with everyone than him. He felt like an alien half the time, and he couldn't really blame anyone but himself.
He never saw the benefit of becoming anyone's friend, that is until Midoriya dragged him back into the wonderful world of the high school experience. He was basically raised to be a hero, he knew nothing about how to enjoy himself.
And while everything felt new and refreshing, he still couldn't help but feel alone, no matter how hard he tried, he felt left out. He didn't know how to put himself out there, how to be apart of someone's life and have them lovingly depend on you. He truly didn't know what it was like to be close to someone.
That is until he met Yuga Aoyama.
Now that he thought about it. It was a day like today where he first properly met the sparkly blond. The first time didn't count, they didn't talk to each other at all on the first day of class.
No, this was one rainy day at noon. Usually, everyone ate outside for lunch, but with how hard the rain was pouring, everyone opt to stay inside.
This meant no more seats at Midoriya's table. The green-haired boy gave him a sheepish smile and offered to find another place to sit with him, but he declined quickly, feeling too bothersome for that.
He felt out of place eating with Midoriya's group of friends anyway, making them accommodate him would be awkward.
Instead, he went to find an empty seat to eat alone, passing several filled up tables until he found himself at the far end of the cafeteria.
