Miss Miller just laughed as I told her the reason why I showed up with no lunch today.
She even began to hiccup because it was so funny to her.
My unamused impression went nowhere.
"I'm sorry Lumi but I can't believe you really traded your food for looking into his books."
I rolled my eyes. "I can't either." Sighing I laid my head onto the table.
"Now, now. Don't sulk like that. I ordered myself some Sushi today and would love to share. How does that sound?" Interested and instantly in a better mood I looked up.
"That sounds wonderful." We both grinned at each other.

I felt kind off bad for taking her lunch away now.
Sighing I bit into the blueberry pancake. It tasted wonderful and just sweet enough to be enjoyable.
You know what? I don't regret it. These are delicious.
That girl really can cook. I wonder if she found friends yet?
The people in this town could be pretty cold and blunt sometimes.
But why do I even care?
...Somehow I do and that has to stop.

Shaking my head I took another bite.
