Malfoy (Draco Malfoy) Completed

The Year Has Begun

'You've heard haven't you' Hermione but I wasn't paying attention I was looking back at Draco while he was looking at me 'snap out of it' Ginny said clicking a finger in front of me 'I'm back' I said coming back into reality.

'Welcome! Welcome to another year at Hogwarts! I have a few things to say before we befuddled by our excellent feast. I myself am particularly looking forward to the flaming kiwi cups, which, while somewhat treacherous for those with facial hair... First, I'm pleased to welcome Professor R.J Lupin, who has kindly consented to fill the post of Defense Against the Dark Arts. Good luck to you Professor' I looked at Hermione.

'Of course! That's why he knew to give you chocolate, Harry' Hermione said and I nodded.

'As some of you may know, Professor Kettleburn, our Care of Magical Creatures teacher for many years, has decided to retire in order to spend more time with his remaining limbs. Fortunately, I'm delighted to announce that his place will be filled by none other than our own Rebeus Hagrid' I looked at Hagrid with a smile as he always wanted to teach.

'Finally, on a more disquieting note, Hogwarts... at the request of the Ministry of Magic... will until further notice, play host to the Dementors of Azkaban... The Dementors will be stationed at the entrances to the grounds. While they are under strict orders not to enter the castle itself, you will on occasion see them as you go about your daily activities. Under no circumstances are you to approach them. It is not in the nature of a Dementor to be forgiving' Dumbledores speech finished.

'He's looking at you again' Ron said nudging me 'did you even talk over the summer' Hermione asked 'we weren't allowed his father disapproved of that, he liked it to be quiet, but there was always a secret meeting' I whispered to the others 'I think he wants you more as a friend' Ron said then we all looked at him  'he definitely wants to be more than a friend with you' Ginny said with a smirk 'oh shut up' I said and we got up to go to the common room in laughter.

~Common Room~

'So would you' Fred asked 'would you what' I said looking at him weirdly 'I'm going to die saying this but urgh... date Draco and don't lie we know you by now' George said and I thought about it for a second 'I would but I would permanently get disowned by everyone I ever loved' I said while looking into the fire 'that sounded to poetic but it sounded so true, we wouldn't disown you' Hermione said 'everyone here basically hates him' I said 'true but your somehow changing him' Ginny said with a smile 'you can't change someone who has a father like Dracos' I said with a sad mellow voice.
