"Alright, I'm coming!" Robyn yelled in annoyance, hearing her doorbell going off once again. She walked to the camera that sat directly next to it, the first thing she seen was Maurice until her eyes trailed over to the other visitor. Poking the inside of her cheek with her tongue, she braced herself before swinging the door open.
"Why are you here?" Her voice didn't express a welcoming tone at all, the sight of Jay standing at her doorstep with a smirk on her face pissed her off. Not only that, but the way she was latched onto Maurice as if they were some type of couple didn't sit right with her either.
"We gotta talk to you bout some things." Maurice spoke up, pushing past Robyn with Jay. She rolled her eyes at the way he just invited himself in. She also didn't want or like Jay in her home, she knew this girl was a snake and didn't trust her around her personal things.
"This is breaking and entering Maurice-."
"Robyn please, I have a key that you never took from me. You're lucky I decided to ring the doorbell and shit rather than just walking up in here and making myself at home." Robyn followed the two of them to the dining room, their presence still annoying her. Not to mention, Dylan was here too because he popped up in attempts to apologize.
Once Jay and Dylan made eye contact, both of their eyes widened in surprise. Dylan because he didn't know what was going on, and Jay because she thought Robyn cut Dylan off. She did for the most part, but it seemed he had trouble taking and understanding the word no.
"Can all of you please get out of my house." All she wanted to do was relax after a long day of work, but here comes everyone and their bullshit.
"Tell her what you gotta say baby so we can head out." Robyn crossed her arms, leaning her body against the nearest wall. Hearing Maurice refer to that girl as baby and wrap his arm around her in a comforting manner made Robyn cringe. She didn't know why he was doing all of this.
"Well for one, Maurice and I are together now. For two, Dylan and I are cousins. He was originally sent to you so I could get closer to Maurice and so he can get over you, and it worked. Sorry to crush any dreams you had of getting back together with him." Robyn slowly nodded to herself, a blank expression glued to her face.
"Okay."
"And it's time for you to go, as in you don't need to be living anymore. You're taking up space." Robyn did another slow nod, her eyes becoming relaxed as her body was.
"Okay."
"And Dylan never wanted to be with you, all of this was an act that you fell for." Robyn didn't know if she was supposed to be crying for help or something right now, but she felt nothing.
"Okay."
Maurice chuckled at how unfazed she was and how desperate Jay was trying to get a reaction. He rubbed Jay's arm softly, his eyes going across the room to look at Dylan who seemed as though he just shit his pants.
"Robyn I promise you she's lying- well about the act part. That's what it was originally but I swear I actually really did catch feelings for you. That's why I came here, to apologize." Robyn nodded again, adjusting her arms so that they sat right under her breasts as she crossed her legs over each other.
