In every class there are different kind of students: The Romantic couple, a fiesty Backbencher (loafer), one who loves to argue and fight,a silent one who only studies; basically a nerd, gossip group - who has every scandalous information, a teacher's pet and an average, hopeless romantic like me.

Before the beginning of our classes;in the free time ,we complete our incomplete homework in jiffy;given by our teachers , by asking for the complete works from our friends.

"Hey Sarah. Did you complete your homework?" Adi asked her

"No. I'm sorry" She said nonchalantly

I looked at them confusingly. I elbowed Sarah when Adi went back to his seat.

"Why were you lying. You gave your notebook to Divya. " I said

"Yeah. That's what I meant, Anyways. Did you study for the History test?"

"What, History test?" I raised my brow,   Damn it Naina, concentrate on the class next time.

"Don't worry. You'll pass, Someone else has to worry" Sarah said mockingly  eyeing Adi and indicating him.

Adi looked up at us. "What?"

"Nothing" Sarah said

I gave a plausible smile at him and whispered to Sarah, "Don't you like him?"

She giggled, "Mere itne bure din nahi aaye, main is bandar ko pasand karu (I haven't lost my mind, that I'll like him)

"Seriously Sarah. You guys have Sparks , an electricity vibe. Didn't you feel it?" I squealed

Sarah rolled her eyes and kept the thick History book with a thud on the desk.
"You know what, you very well play matchmaker role. You should apply for that course someday, reading and enjoy romance and love stories, and I have no interest in Aditya" She nodded her head in negative and focused on the book.

I sighed. Sarah was right, I should've been a matchmaker. Making love stories and encouraging people to fall in love was my thing. Irony was, my love story will never begin...because there'll be no one to fall in love with a gumpy like me.

I lowered my head and wrote my journal. Just then, a voice broke my chain of thoughts.

"Hi"

I looked above, it was Arjun; on whom I had mini crush.

"Do you want something?" I said closing the cap of the pen.

"Your English notebook, if you don't mind" He  said.

I rummaged through my backpack, and took out the English notebook.
"Here" I said as I placed it on my desk.

"Thanks" He smiled and went to his desk.

My lips reflexively curled a smile on my face.

"Done" Sarah gasped as she closed the History book.
"What are you smiling at?" She asked

"Umm.. nothing" I grunted and opened Rise of Nationalism in Europe, the first chapter of Class X NCERT History Book.

She bit her lips curiously, and looked at Arjun. Sarah nudged, "You don't have to lie to me. Everyone has a crush on him. The chocolate boy of our class and other classes too"

"Whom are you talking about?" I pretended to lie, A terrible liar

"You know, whom I am talking about. The new guy, has dreamy eyes.."
