george was waiting in the hospital with sapnap, because dream would go into surgery in a bit and he could see him beforehand.
"sapnap what if he doesn't want to see me ?"
"he'll wanna see you george"
"mhm"
"wanna go to a arcade ? there's one nearby and dreams surgery isn't for a couple of hours"
"ok yeah sure"
sapnap and george walked over to a an arcade 4 blocks from the hospital. when they were walking george checked discord on his phone.

the rest of the notifications were either from servers or people asking where dream was. when him and sapnap arrived they got some tokens and started playing some games. a couple hours later george dragged sapnap back to the hospital.
"george why do you want to be here at the hospital so much, doesn't it make you sad ?"
"no..i just want to be as close as i can to dream as possible"
"oh"
a couple minutes sapnap and george walked up to the receptionists desk and asked if they could see dream, and she said yes. sapnap and george walked over to dreams room and knocked on the door, a nurse came and opened the door and let them in.
"george, sapnap !! hi"
"dream !!"
sapnap stood at the door to let the two talk.
"i'm sorry you guys, i d-don't know what i was thinking"
"dream it's ok just promise me and george you won't pull something stupid again ?"
"i promise.."
"and also dream, me and george are always here for you, your not alone you have people to turn too"
"i don't know why i tried to overdose i'm sorry...just everything was going wrong and i thought no one loved me and honestly i still think that. guys i'm sorry honestly i am, i'm really sorry i'm so dumb"
"dream please calm down it's gonna be fine,!your going to be ok"
"i ruined my life...i don't want to die anymore but what if i die in surgery ? it's a high risk surgery, i might die.."
dream started crying.
"dream don't think like that...it'll be fine, promise !!, sapnap said.
"dream it's gonna be ok, we're here for you snd we always will be. your surgery will be fine dream"
"what if it isn't"
"i've told you once don't make me tell you again, it'll be fine", sapnap said.
dream started crying a bit.
"i'm sorry for wrapping you all in this mess i made for myself. i'm sorry honestly you guys just wanted to have a good time visiting me and here we are"
"dream it's ok...i'm just happy your alive"
after a bit of talking between the three dream had to get ready for his surgery.

dream sat crying in his hospital bed.
"wait george before you go.."
"dream are you ok ?"
"i-i don't know how t-to say t-this...but sense th-theirs a high ch-chance i w-won't make it out of this surgery alive i have to s-say something important"

"ge-george i-i'm in lo-love with you..."
