chapter 18

georges pov (sry for writing in his pov so much lately)
TW MENTIONS OF DEATH.

george sat in the waiting room crying, hoping that dream would make it through the surgery.
"sapnap..do you think what dream sad was true ? does he actually love me ?"
"he said it himself that he's in love with you"
"sapnap, he knows i'm in love with him and he's in love with me as well and that's great and all but i'm going to be more heart broken if he doesn't make it"
"he's gonna make it, i'm sure"
"he might not"
"just shut up about that george stop saying that, just shut up !!", sapnap kind of snapped at george, "i-i'm sorry george..."
sapnap and george both sat in the hospital waiting room for hours when sapnap finally spoke up.
"hey, maybe we could go out to eat and then get a hotel to sleep in for the night ?"
"i wanna stay here with dream.."
"it'd be for the better"
after a bit of sapnap convincing george the boys finally went looking for a restaurant and a hotel. a bit later george and sapnap arrived at some cafe and sat down. a couple minutes passed and a waiter came over.
"hello, my name is justin and i'll be you waiter today. have you decided on your drinks ?"
"mhm,", george said, "i'll have a pepsi"
"and you sir ?"
"i'll have a pepsi aswell, thank you"
"i'll go and get your guys drinks"
george sat looking at the menu, waiting for the waiter to come back.
"sapnap what are you getting ? because i have no clue what i'm going to get"
"i haven't figured out what i'm going to get yet, sorry"
a couple minutes passed by and the waiter came back to take their orders.
"um...can i have a cheeseburger and a side salad ?", sapnap said.
"i'll have the same"
"ok that'll be out soon"
after sapnap and george finished eating they payed the bill and left.
"so we're gonna look for a hotel to sleep in for the night, right ?", george asked.
"mhm"
"let me look online for some good cheap ones"
"ok i'll do the same"
george and sapnap walked around the city, while looking for a hotel. when they found a good one they got a taxi and went back to dreams house to get their bags, then they went over to the hotel. they walked in any got checked in to the hotel and went up to their room. george set down his luggage and jumped on the bed and started crying.
"george..are you ok ?"
"i-i'm fine", george said in between sobs.
"no your not..george don't lie to me"
"it's just i love him and he might not make it"
"i know how you feel, he's my best friend. but george i promise you he'll be fine"
both george and sapnap fell asleep soon after that, in the morning they checked out and got a taxi to the hospital. george and sapnap walked into the hospital and george went over to the gift shop and bought flowers for dream.
"sapnap, dream should be done with his surgery soon so i bought these for him", george said as sapnap and him walked into the elevator to go up to dreams floor. they walked out of the elevator and george heard someone saying code blue and multiple doctors running into dreams room.
"please no..", george said as he dropped the flowers on the ground.
