They finished eating their food and they were just casually sipping their boba looking out the window. A little snowflake pressed against the glass. She did a small gasp. She shook his arm lightly.
"It's snowing look! On my birthday! It hasn't done that in years.", she exclaimed. "Let's go outside!"
"Alright.", Bakugo said.
"But I'm paying this time for REAL.", she stated.
"I can't let you pay on your birthday.", Bakugo shrugged. "Just rules."
"When do you ever follow rules like that?", she scoffed.
"You've gotten me food three times now! I gotta pay at least once!", she mumbled.
"Next time you can pay, but this was on me.", he said standing up.
He took her hand as he left 25 bucks on the table and walked past their waitress.
"Have an amazing day!", she chirped.
She turned around to look at her to see an entirely different expression on the waitress' face. She cut her eyes and huffed. Uraraka gave a peace sign and kept walking with Bakugo hand in hand.
Her face lit up instantly once a snowflake tapped her nose and she brushed it off giggling.
"Why do you like winter so much?", Bakugo randomly asked.
"I don't know, I guess I always have. I love the snow and this time of year is always so pretty. It gives me a feeling of nostalgia and peace. I mean, it's not like anyone decorates for the summer unless you're having a barbecue. Why do you not like winter?"
He looked up at the sky and back to her.
"I hated it for a long time. I always thought it was cold, messy and dreary...just sort of depressing. Plus, it irritates my quirk, but hanging out with you has changed my mind a little. This isn't bad, I guess."
She grinned and squeezed his hand.
"Glad I could be of assistance.", she laughed.
They started to walking past all the stores and looking around.
To anyone else, they probably looked like a couple out of a hallmark card, but they were just vibing to each other's beat and enjoyed themselves.
Suddenly, they heard ringing and looked around immediately. Two men in black masks and attire were sprinting down the walkway with trash bags.
They instantly relaxed and looked at each other.
"They make it so easy.", Bakugo said rolling his eyes positioning himself. "Either don't set off the alarms or get a job."
"Do you think we'd get in trouble for doing this without our hero costumes on?", she asked touching her fingers. "I know we have our licenses' but..."
"I think they'd be more mad we let them run right past us. More like jog, they're so slow.", Bakugo scoffed pointing.
She giggled and moved out the robbers way only for Bakugo to make a small explosion to throw them off guard.
They staggered and Uraraka darted to tap them on their backs and trip them up. She immediately flipped them in the air and turned off her gravity. Bakugo then held them both by their arms, pinned them to the ground and squatted down to be at eye level.
"Busted, you broke losers."
She pulled out her phone and calmly dialed the police. She peered at the guys and poked Bakugo.
"They're passed out.", she said. "I think I flipped them too many times."
He looked at them and saw them almost asleep.
