Ianthe came from a well-known family of Doctors kaya hindi na nakakabigla nang pinili niya rin ang larangan iyon. Although she was rich, fed with silver spoon her entire life, bata pa lamang siya ay pinilit niyang matuto na tumayong mag-isa. She hated her family, how they kept on controlling her life, kaya noong makilala niya si Luke, isang lalaking inibig niya, she felt like she was free from them. But love will never stay the same when fate doesn't seem to want it for you. Ianthe and Luke broke up when Ianthe cannot take it anymore. Hindi niya na kinaya ang pangta-trato sa kanya nito na parang isa lang siyang babaeng pwede nitong kontrolin, kagaya ng pamilya niya sa kanya. Finally, after years of loving a misogynistic man, she's let go of him, forgetting her feelings for him while the trauma remains. Pumunta siya sa Las Vegas para sa isang operasyon at mapaghilom ang pusong nasugatan.

But a whirlwind of event happened in her stay there. She woke up with a letter beside her bed and a ring sled on her finger which she thought was just something she bought that night. What she didn't know was that she has captured the eyes of the most feared mobster in Las Vegas.
