Running my fingers through my hair, I yawn softly as I head into the kitchen to grab the takeout menus from the drawer. My eyes running over each of the menus I have to try and figure out what kind of food that I really want. Trying to think about what find of food I fancy for the evening. Whether I want some Chinese food, sushi, pizza, fried chicken (we've had enough of that as it is) or if I want burgers, some Mexican food or some curry. My stomach whining to itself as I file through the menus and lick my lips in anticipation.

Work had been quite the long haul today, if I'm being totally honest. Keigo had to go out on an emergency call so he couldn't turn up to work (which I wasn't complaining about because it's his job, after all) but that meant that I ended up being needed by the other departments. I ended up doing five models that day, making sure that their makeup was done perfectly and that I complimented everything about them.

And one of them was quite the bitch...

Despite my will to compromise about things, this girl was adamant that I wasn't going to do her makeup. Apparently her usual girl does it ten times better and I shouldn't even be in her presence. So, I left the room and decided to go onto my lunch break early (I'm not putting up with that) and let the model stress over who's doing her make up. It's not my problem. It's her fault if she doesn't want Hawks' personal makeup artist to do her makeup. Not mine.

Thankfully, I could go home early (since Keigo's emergency call would last a good few hours) and just relax. I had a nice relaxing bath with a glass of wine and a book. Then I watched a couple of movies with Angel curled up in my lap (I can't watch any series unless Keigo's with me). Just have some me time...

Well, with the accompaniment of dimmed windows, blinds that leave no room for people to look in, locked windows and doors and a couple cameras dotted around my house to make sure that it can catch whoever it is that's trying to threaten Keigo.

Or at least try to...

Ever since he received those messages, Keigo has been on edge. He has refused to leave me alone if he can help it. When Keigo can't be with me, Rumi or Yu will take his place. Sometimes, I can be on my own (which is a godsend) but that's only if I'm at home and the blinds are closed and everything is locked. If anything, I'm probably taking this better than Keigo (and it's me that they're threatening!).

However, I can't help but feel a little uncomfortable at the fact that someone is stalking me...

For ages, I've been trying to rack my brain and figure out who it could be. Could it be the League of Villains? Someone trying to threaten Keigo with me for information? Someone that actually wants to kill me (although I can't think of anyone that would be so cruel as to do that)? If it could be someone hired? If someone is just doing it for the hell of it... someone that wants to have a laugh (in a rather sadistic and disturbing manner) and create havoc.

It's just mind boggling...

The sound of the front door opening rips me from my thoughts, my head peeking up to see who it is before relaxing at the sight of red feathers flying through the house (something that Keigo has a habit of doing to find out where I am). Shutting the menu drawer, I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear and head toward the doorway of the kitchen and lean against it to watch Keigo slip off his shoes with a small hum. The male still clad in his hero outfit...

He's home.

Relaxing slightly, knowing that I'm safe if he's home, I walk toward him and wrap my arms around his neck to greet him. As if communicating silently, Keigo wraps his arms around my waist and nuzzles his face into my shoulder with a deep breath. The male cold from the outside world. His cheek like ice as he presses himself into my warmth with a soft, relaxed and content hum. A smile imprinting onto my neck as he snuggles and kisses my skin softly with a hum.
