christmas In NYC

I smiled as I shivered coming out the shower with my towel wrapped around me tightly as I went to my bedroom slipping on my panties and my bra, taking my hair out the cap and starting to take out each of my rollers giving the curls a brush down. Starting on my make up, I slipped on my white petticoats and my little red dress fixing my make up. Just as the door knocked, so I ran to the door stopping myself before I opened it a moment, before opening it the rush of cold air coming in the moment I did Benny rushed in shutting the door behind him and brushing the snow off his shoulders. In a thick pair of black boots his black jeans, his black turtle neck shirt with his green button down over it half unbuttoned, and his long leather coat over him pulled tight across his chest, his hat covered in snow
"Hi honey" he smiled giving my cheek a kiss, his lips where like ice "oohh your so warm" he smiled hugging me tightly "just... Just let me hold you a little"
"Benny, get off you'll mess my hair up" I laughed pushing him away a little
"Sorry honey," he says moving away from me "it's just so cold out there"
"It is? I'm sure it's not bad"
"Y/n, wear your coat" he says
"I thought you where dressing Christmasy? Like I asked?"
"I wore a green shirt that's festive ish" he shrugs "ohh and I brought you a spare scarf"
"I don't need a scarf"
"Y/n. It's December. The snow is ankle high and still snowing. It is minus god only knows out there. Where a scarf"
"But it'll mess up my outfit" I complained putting my fluffy coat on
"You look beautiful y/n, you'll still look beautiful, and I want to make sure your nice and warm" he says wrapping the scarf around me "you wanna take a pair of gloves?"
"No, If my hands get cold you'll just have to hold them"
"Alright, come on" he smiled offering his hand so I smiled taking it locking up the house behind me as we headed out into the buseling new york streets in the thick snow. We headed thought the snow covered streets cuddled up closely looking at people rushing around working and shopping.
We went past all the fancy high end new york stores to see all the beautiful Christmas trees and shop window displays, the Christmas music blaring from the stores and cars as snow began falling even harder then before. I ducted us both under the blue and white canopy of a store window for a moment to try and get out of the snow, I looked into the window seeing all the beautiful glimmering jewelry inside, surounded my tinsel and holly as part of the display,  all of it glimmering and sparking in the warm glow of the store. The sweet beautiful glimmers where rings and necklaces caught the snow fall outside,
"Come on honey, I don't think it's going to get much better" Benny told me looking at the snow I let him tug my hand along till we reached the park we had planned to go to. The grass covered in a thick untouched layer of snow, the trees empty but a few layers of snow on some branches, the flowers hidden below the snow. The light pound frozen with the small wooden bridge covered in a thick layer of snow. The sky dark and cloudy with snow falling down, it catching the glimmer of the lights in trees and form the vast sky scrapers of new york's skyline, the city so beautiful lit up like its own Christmas tree lights flickering and twinkling like a city of stars. "I'll be back In a minute okay honey?' he asks and I nodded he smiled kissing my head and pulling my coat over me a little tighter before he went off somewhere else.
I walked in the snow it freezing my feet but the sweet crunches where worth it, as I walked the usual path over to the bridge knocking off some snow from the hand nail and sitting myself in it my feet not quite reaching the floor when I did so I could kick them to wake them up, watching flakes fall from the sky, the lights of the city, and the wonderful beauty of this time of year. A while later Benny returned with two little cups he handed me one and I felt the warmth of it though the cup onto my hands and the overwhelming smell of chocolate I smiled to him and he smiled back kissing my cheek sipping his own, I blushed and opened the lid seeing the sweet cream and sprinkles "I know you like cream on your hot chocolate" he smiled sitting beside me
"Thank you, Benny" I smiled kissing his cheek before I had a sip the nice hot chocolate warming me up
"Awww you look adorable" he smiled giving my nose a little kiss licking the little bit of cream I had gotten on my nose
"Aww thank you benny" I smiled resting my head on his shoulder, "it's so beautiful"
"Not half as beautiful as you" he said "y/n..."
"Yes Benny?"
"I love you"
"What?" I asked in suprise
"I love you" he repeated holding my hand
"Ohh Benny" I smiled widely "I love you too" I said almost crying giving him a tight hug "you've never said that before" I said trying not to cry with joy,
"I know I just... I wanted to tell you" he smiled
"It was the best present you could have given me Benny" I smiled cuddling close to him with our hot chocolate as the snow falls.
