Where is it!

I walked around my apartment for the thousandth time! going around and around looking in every single cabinet, every single hook, under every cushion, 

"I swear to god I am losing my fucking mind!" I complained "I have a one-bedroom three-room basement apartment! I was wearing it yesterday! I haven't been anywhere since yesterday, it can't have disappeared!" I complained, "How can a jacket disappear!" I complained, "Where is it!" I complained 

I dug through everything every single thing in my apartment and still I can't find the damn thing, I heard footsteps and even in my madness I perked up as I heard her heels clacking down the stairwell I continued to dig in the laundry basket throwing it across the floor as the door opened

"Ohhhh my goodness... Benny? what on earth have you done to my apartment"

"I can't find it"

"Can't find what?"
"my jacket! I can't find it! where is it! I've looked everywhere in this place I knew I had it yesterday! so I have looked everywhere at every single possible location I am starting to lose my mind!"

"It's okay benny" she began

"I need my jacket! I need it! how does a leather jacket just disappear!" I turned and instantly relaxed seeing she had my jacket on

"you found it"

"You stole my jacket?"

"I did, sorry benny"

"you could have told me"

"you were sleeping"

"Why did you take it?"

"I had to go on the tube. I hate the tube. its' smelly and dirty, and men look at me funny, so I took your jacket so I could snuggle it and it'll make me feel better" 

"You can wear it if you like, I know it makes you feel better when I can't be with you" I smiled giving her a kiss and a cuddle "sorry for panicking" 

"it's alright, so shall I make you some tea?"

"I'd like some tea"
