During the cold morning, things outside the school have settled, and it is hushed. The infected created significant damage to the outside gates and walls. Guards of Anzen did what they could to prevent that from happening Many of the morning guards could still see the roughed-up snow and dead bodies in front of the gates.

From the looks of the horrible sight off infected, they appear to be different, somewhat older. It seems that infected are maturing and that was to be expected. When Leo and Donnie went outside of the walls to get a closer look at these carcasses, the nerd was taking notes in his journal.

As soon as he finished writing in his journal, he slapped it shut and placed it back in his pack. Donnie and Leo quickly help other guards clean up the front, pulling and dragging different-sized bodies into the walls so they could be packed into a truck and hauled far from here. The plan is to burn these bodies for they have no more use. They're obviously no good to keep around.

Once the load-up was wrapped up to transport the bodies to a nearby field, Donatello went into the school to locate his wife. He is unsure if she is still asleep, getting breakfast, or is in the library. It'll be a few minutes before he finds her.

And inside the school, Osa is strolling the halls with her friend, Vincent—just the two of them. Little Bethany is being watched by Michelangelo with Clementine and Zayn for a few hours. It's always nice to have some close friends be able to watch each other's children without hesitation.

"Last night was stupid." Osa said to Vincent. "Thanks for sticking with me in my room with Clem."

"Aint no problem," Vincent said to her. "I figured the boys had everything under control. Oh! And if the infected did get in, someone would need to protect you." She grinned at her.

Osa is thankful to have a friend like Vincent. It still amazes her that they were very distant from each other in the past and now they are practically inseparable. It's amazing what a nasty world could do to a pair of friends. "Yeah. You're still good at it, too." She comments to Vv.

"Just returning the favor." Vincent said to her. "When I was pregnant, you'd rarely let me out of your sight."

"Hey, I had my reasons!" Osa said with a short laugh, looking forward ahead of her and seeing Abby. This made Osa's smile disappear in an instant. This Flight has caused some odd stir-ups in the past... She thought it was terrible timing to see her this morning.

Vincent looked ahead and groaned at the sight of Abby. Knowing what this Flight did in the past was hard to ignore. Vv turned to Osa and lowered her voice. "Just keep walking. Don't interact with her."

"Why?" Osa asked quietly, still walking with Vincent. But then, the girl with a pair of large wings spoke aloud, beginning the drama of the day.

"Ahh, if it isn't the magnificent duo." Abby blurted out, her wings wide and fluffed this cold winter morning.

"Pfft! The magnificent duo?" Vincent responded, crossing her arms, her bionic hand now repaired.

Abby chuckled, standing directly in front of the two friends. "I've heard so many war stories of you two. Vincent and Osa but... not much of Osa and Donnie." Abby added with her intentions to piss the girls off. She hoped to ruin relationships, especially unmarried and married couples to satisfy her sex drive... Unfortunately, Abby is becoming a sex addict and she'll bang whoever she can get her filthy hands on.

Vincent chuckled at Abby's ridiculous choice of words. "Maybe you're just not talking to the right people." She says, looking at Osa. "C'mon, O."

"Whoa, whoa... where are you going?" Abby asked, blocking the girls in the hall, feeling offended that the girls were rejecting a chat. "We're just having a conversation. Did I do something wrong?" She gave the puppy dog eyes act.
