It just so happened that many couples were choosing to get married just a little bit after the wall began. Shado and Michelangelo sealed the deal privately, exchanging vows and making custom wedding rings out of jewelry wire, and craft stones. A few other couples put a ring on it and others just chose to remain still with their current statuses.
Rumor has it that Mikey and Shado are thinking about starting a family so Harlow and Jaxson could have someone else to play with. Little Bethany still has some growing to do and while the mutant turtle babies grow, another will be coming along at some point.
Today, the wall at Anzen continues and anyone available to lend a hand has come by. Celeste, Gracie B., and Raven joined in as well. These three were responsible for sorting planks, panels, scaffolding, and other building materials. As a great way to help, Kharoma the horse hauled supplies to and from different spots of the school. Thanks to Bayard and his community, he provided Leo with a horse collar that would fit comfortably around Khar's muscular neck.
Kharoma snorted, letting off her stress and feeling the sweat build up on her flanks and neck, soaking her jet-black coat. She looked back at Raven, Gracie, and Celeste, speaking to them. "Will this do?"
"Should be just fine." Celeste says to the horse, directing workers to take the wood panels from the wagon that Kharoma pulled. While she was doing her part, she caught a glimpse of the tattoo on her left arm; a rose with a little bit of inspiration added to it. Then, her sister, Lilly came to her head, reminding her that she is missed. She needed to remain strong for her little sibling. Celeste blinked out of her personal life and looks at Raven standing around, doing nothing. "Hey, be productive."
"Sorry," Raven said, finding a project for herself when it came to the supplies for the wall.
While Kharoma's load was being reduced by workers, she took this opportunity to introduce herself to Celeste. "I'm Kharoma. You must be Celeste."
"And you must be the talking horse." Celeste replied, not intending to sound rude. "I'm assuming things are weird for those who meet you."
"It's normal." Kharoma said, her right ear swiveling to listen to the nearby sounds.
Celeste breathed out, looking at Leonardo standing in front of the school, giving directions to those who needed them. She then saw a tall mutant approaching him; a lizard with a shell and a black mohawk. She figured Uma would begin a friendship with Leo because, in her nature, she naturally makes friends and somehow keeps each one.
The blonde-haired girl brings her green eyes back to Kharoma. "Is your leader okay?"
Kharoma looks in Leo's direction, seeing he is speaking to Uma alone. "He's been feeling down. I haven't seen him smile much."
Celeste understood Kharoma, getting the idea Leo isn't happy. It seems word is getting out about Leo's personal life and for some reason, many want to know why. Maybe it is because he is so new to the area. "Well, it ain't my business." She says.
The black horse nickered, turning her head to another direction of the community and seeing Sammy and Honey hammer nails into wood planks with Ranger and Bayard. Then, she found Criss, Raphael, Nixion, and Kitty drilling screws into thin pieces of metal sheets.
Everyone is working so hard and Kharoma is proud of it. Even seeing Nixon getting involved made her want to smile... but she can't smile physically. She's shouting and bucking for joy internally.

While Leonardo is directing traffic with the wall, Uma, a lizard mutant with a hint of red ear slider turtle in her DNA has come up behind him. She got his attention just by speaking. "So, Leon." She said, purposely putting an 'N' at the end of his shortened name. "Just standing back to watch, huh?"
