It was a lovely day at the military, today is the day that Charles is gonna confess his feelings to Victoria, he even asked her to hang out with him today so that he can build up the courage while hanging out with her, his dad galeforce even helped Charles get prepared for his confession, Charles even wore a lovely military cap with his headphones and a nice bow tie to finish the look.

Galeforce: my boy, you look amazing 

Charles: thanks dad, I hope this goes well

Galeforce: I'm sure it will, I heard Victoria talk about you a few times and all the things she say are positive things, just try not to think of bad thinks, ok?

Charles: ok then *hugs dad* see you later dad *leaves*

Galeforce: gook luck Charlie *sheds a tear*

Victoria is waiting by Charles's helicopter, she even had her hair down with a flower in it, she smiled as soon as she saw Charles coming towards her.

Charles: hey Victoria, you ready for a day out?

Victoria: of course, nice look

Charles: *blushes* you too, now let's head out *gets in the helicopter*

They arrived at a cliff, parked the helicopter and sat down to look at the view, it was now time for Charles plan to start but he thinks it not gonna work but he gonna try anyway

Victoria: it's so beautiful up here, so Charles why did you wanna be here with me anyway?

Charles: well Victoria you see *blushes* i- well 

Victoria: hey are you all right? *wraps arm around his hips*

Charles: *giggles* that tickles

Victoria: I know, I'll keep tickling you until you tell me what you were gonna say *tickles hips and sides*

Charles: hahahahaha no please hahahahaha I'll do anything

Victoria: then tell me what you were gonna say *tickles faster*

Charles: never *squeak* hahahahaha 

Victoria: your lost then *takes his headphones off and tickles his ears*

Charles: HAHAHAHAHA how did you know my weak spot!!!

Victoria: the general told me

Charles: DANG IT DAD!!! HAHAHAHAHA 

Victoria: wow your dad is right, your laughter is adorable 

Charles: your adorable too hahahahaha 

Victoria: what did you just say?

Charles: um *covers his face* I'm sorry Victoria 

Victoria: it that what you wanted to tell me?

Charles: yes, I did

Victoria: aww Charles that's so sweet you care about me

Charles: of course I do, I love you *blushes super red*

Victoria: and I love you too charles *hugs him* your the only one who I care about most

Charles: *hugs her back but immediately starts tickling her back*

Victoria: sorry Charles, but I'm not ticklish, so wrong move *tickles all over*

Charles: HAHAHAHAHA s-stop it that tickles *giggles*

Victoria: you shouldn't have tried to tickle me though, so embrace the tickles *tickles faster*

Charles: hahahahaha *pulls her into a passionate kiss but quickly pulls back after realising what he did* OMG IM SO SORRY!!!

Victoria: finally, my plan worked

Charles: what?! What plan?!

Victoria: I had a feeling you were gonna give me a kiss so I tickled you which made you try literally anything to stop me from doing so, and by doing that you kissed me.

Charles: wow, well do you wanna be in a relationship with me?

Victoria: of course I do

Charles: ok then let's go back to the military 

Victoria: wait before we go I have something for you? *kisses Charles on the lips* thanks for the day out with me *hold his hand*

Charles: *blushes* no problem, now let's go 

The two then headed back to the military camp, Charles told galeforce everything and he was so proud of him for confessing his feelings while Victoria grabbed her belongs and founded Charles so they can live as roommates for the time being and get to know each other a little more.
