It's been more busy than usual at the military camp, which means that shifts are longer than usual which gives workers less time especially a worker called Rupert price who lives with his best friend Dave Panpa. Because of his later shifts he barely gets hours with Dave at home which makes both of them sad and lonely without the other. Galeforce did notice a little change in Rupert's behaviour since he's usually meh and proud but more recently he's been acting a little sad and looks like he's about to cry, he has to do something so he saw Rupert go into an empty tent and activated his phone and called someone.
Rupert: hello Dave, are you there?
Dave: *sniff* Rupert, is that you?
Rupert: yes it's me dave, how are you honey?
Dave: I miss you Rupert, when are you off work?
Rupert: not until 9pm *sniff*
Dave: of course *sobs*
Rupert: I know davey, but I have to work and the boss wants me to work hard, I hate that we can't spend much time together *begins to cry*
Galeforce saw and heard all of it, he couldn't believe that Rupert was that upset, he never even saw Rupert cry at all so he had to do something to make him feel better, he has an idea and it always works every time.
After a little while of wiping his tears Rupert walked out of the tent and began taking out the trash, he then place the trash bag in the dumpster and felt someone holding his sides and began to tickle him.
Rupert: hehehehe w-who's tickling me?!
Galeforce: the person you'd least expect *tickles a little faster*
Rupert: boss w-why are you doing this?!
Galeforce: *stops tickling and holds him tight* because Rupert I don't like it when your sad at work, I heard you crying earlier when you were calling Dave, I don't like it when my workers are sad so I wanna make you feel better, is that ok?
Rupert: *smiles a little* yeah, I'd love that very much
Galeforce: that's good to hear *begins tickling him again*
Rupert: Hahahahaha that tickles so much *chuckles*
Galeforce: good to know that this method always work as usual *tickles fast on his sides*
Rupert: HAHAHAHAHA you sure know how to w-work your way around things
Galeforce: I always do and that's what makes me your boss, someone who knows what to do for their workers *tickles his belly*
Rupert: HAHAHAHAHA not the tickles HAHAHAHAHA
Galeforce: *stops tickling* you understand why I'm doing this?
Rupert: yes sir I understand now
Galeforce: so I'll now let some of the newbies get ready for proper jobs here and I'll let you take the rest of the week off.
Rupert: really sir? But it's only Tuesday today
Galeforce: it's ok, besides I'll take you back home, my treat
Rupert: ok then
They then drove to Rupert and dave's house and entered the house, only for Dave to run over and tackle hug Rupert.
Dave: Rupert!? What are you doing home so early?!
Galeforce: well I heard you two have been not having much time together so I decided that for the rest of the week you can spend time together while I'll have some newbies test out the real chores so they can be ready for anything.
Rupert: Dave I'm so sorry for being a horrible boyfriend and couldn't spend time with you before
Dave: oh Rupert you don't have to apologise, you've always been a perfect boyfriend *cuddles closer*
And so galeforce left the house and went back to work while Dave and Rupert had so many ideas for dates for the rest of the week.
