(This is a government and toppat working together story)
(Charles is half government and half toppat since the leaders are working together now)
Ever since the toppat's sided with the government things have been going for both sides, sometimes when government workers have one toppat as their boss for the day they would even wear a toppat as well as having their hat custom made to their likings. Even Henry and Ellie have their own custom hats which they adore so today is the day that Charles would be getting his toppat, Charles made his way to Reginald's tent to get his new hat sorted out.
Charles: so what's my hat gonna look like?
Reginald: *gives him paper and pens* draw your hat and I'll make it for you, ok?
Charles: ok *starts drawing his hat* and done *gives him the paper*
Reginald: I'll get your new hat sorted right now, thanks for the design Charles.
Henry and Ellie then took him to another tent so he can wait for it to be made.
Charles: so what happens now?
Ellie: Reginald will be now making your new hat but it's gonna take a while until it's complete so you'll have to wait.
Henry: but don't worry, we got you covered so you'll won't be sad while waiting
Charles: yeah you're right, what shall we do first?
Ellie: oh we got something for us to do and I know just what we're doing *takes his headphones off and begins dragging her finger on his ears*
Charles: hehehehe e-Ellie s-stop it, put my headphones b-back on or I swear to god that- *giggles* why are you d-doing this?
Ellie: because we love you silly, I think I'm gonna need some extra hands for this so you wanna join us henry? *tickles faster*
Charles: d-don't listen to her Henry, s-save me from the tickles, pleases *GIGGLES*
Henry: that sound like a good idea charles but unfortunately I'm on Ellie's side for this one, you need your tickles after all *begins tickling all over his hips*
Charles: hahahahaha Henry n-no fair, I thought you'd a-agree with me on t-this hahahahaha
Henry: I would charles but I just can't help myself when your laughing like this, it's really cute
Ellie: indeed it is, you have the most cutest laughter I've ever heard in my entire life *starts tickling his underarms*
Charles: HAHAHAHAHA!!! C-CUTE?! y-yeah right that my laughter is cute *snickers* w-wait why are you two looking at me like that?
Ellie: did you just say that your not cute?!
Charles: yeah why?
Henry: I knew it, it seems like we need to amp up the affection more than ever *begins tickling all over his belly*
Ellie: indeed Henry, Charles needs all of the love and affection we have for him *starts kissing all over his neck*
Charles: HAHAHAHAHA!!! NONONONO PLEASE STOP, I-IT TICKLES HAHAHAHAHA!!!
Henry: that's good to know, makes our job of tickling you more easier to do *tickles even faster*
Ellie: I guess it goes to show that people can be ver adorable when being tickled and your one of those people Charles, very adorable to us as always
Charles: y-you really think I'm all those things? *giggles*
Henry: *stops tickling* of course we do charles, we love you
Charles: *sniffs* y-you guys *tackle hugs henry and ellie* I love you guys too
Henry: awww Charles, that's so sweet of you *kisses his cheek*
Ellie: you will always be our precious sweetheart *kisses his cheek*
Reginald: *enters the room* Charles, I finished your toppat, what do you think? (It's a red toppat with a green star in the middle, there were even holes in his hat so he can wear both his hat and headphones)
Charles: *gets his hat on* I love it, thank you so much Reginald
Reginald: my pleasure
And So to celebrate Charles new promotion, Henry and Ellie took him out on a lovely dinner date which he loved but not as much as the people who's with him.
