(This a government and toppat working together story)
Today was bright and sunny day at the military, toppats and soldiers were working together to make a difference, all but one person, a guy named Burt Curtis. He is ok with the two sides working together but he just doesn't fit in with the others since the government doesn't have the same job as him so it makes him feel like an outcast. As he makes a cup of coffee he then heard someone behind him, when he turned around he saw that is was General Galeforce.
Galeforce: morning burt, nice day today isn't it?
Burt: yeah
Galeforce: is everything alright? You look a bit down
Burt: I can't seem to get along with anyone here, their so different compared to me, if only there was someone who was similar to me.
Galeforce: I think I know who would be the perfect friend for you, follow me
As galeforce lead Burt into tent, there was someone else in here as well, he was wearing a red pair of headphones.
Charles: hey dad, who's that?
Galeforce: this is burt, he's looking for a friend
Charles: hi burt, I'm Charles Calvin, nice to meet you
Burt: nice to meet you too, it's good to find someone who want to be around me
Charles: so wait, you don't have any friends? Does that make you sad?
Burt: a little I guess
Charles: I know just what you need *picks him up and takes him to a nearby hill with a tree*
Burt: *sits down and leans on the tree* so now what happens next?
Charles: this is where my plan comes in action so I'm gonna make you feel better by doing this *begins tickling his underarms*
Burt: *snickers* w-wait what are you doing?
Charles: I'm cheering you up with the power of tickles *tickles a little faster*
Burt: *giggles* I d-don't deserve tickles *giggles louder*
Charles: oh yes you do, I guess I'll need it amp it up some more for this to work * begins to takes burt's shoes off*
Burt: OH NO *immediately tries to get up but Charles pins him down*
Charles: good thing I've learned how to hold people down for a long time, now where we we? *starts dragging his fingers against burt's soles*
Burt: HAHAHAHAHA!!! NOOOOOO PLEASE *SQUEAKS*
Charles: sorry but I have to do this, I wanna make you feel better and be the bested of friends towards you *tickles faster*
Burt: A-ANYWHERE BUT THERE *SNORTS* PLEASE!!!
Charles: looks like I've got one more trick up my sleeve *takes burt's headphones off and immediately tickles them really fast*
Burt: HAHAHAHAHA!!! PLEASE, IT TICKLES!!! *SQUEALS*
Charles: I knew it, I knew you have very sensitive ears, just like me
Burt: NO MORE *SNORTS* IVE HAD ENOUGH!!!
Charles: are you sure burt? It seems like you having lots of fun, do you think you've had enough
Burt: YES!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!
Charles: oh then, if you say so *stops tickling and unpins burt* so how do you feel now?
Burt: *puts his headphones and shoes back on* I feel happy, giggly and no longer lonely
Charles: I'll be there for you burt which reminds me, would you like me to be your first government friend?
Burt: I would love that, yes please charles
Charles: yay *hugs burt* your the best
Burt: *hugs back and smiles* you too buddy
Galeforce: good to see you feel better now
Burt: how long were you there behind the tree?
Galeforce: the whole time, all according to plan
Charles: and now burt is happy because he has me as his new friend
Galeforce: now who's hungry? I think we all need a bite to eat
And so the three of them headed out for some lunch, Burt was so glad to know that there will be at least one person who will be his friend.
