Today was a big day at the military for Rupert because he is going to confess his feelings towards Victoria after work so until then he is preparing himself to make sure that this confession goes well, Rupert and Victoria have been very close these past few weeks since they go on a lot of missions, hang out at lunch and file their reports together so because he figured that today would be the best time to tell her. Victoria was now filling in her morning reports and like Rupert she has something on her mind as well, after that Rupert walked up to her.

Rupert: hey Victoria, could you meet me after work outside the front gates?

Victoria: sure thing Rupert, I'll see you after work *walks away*

Rupert: see you later

After a few hours of work, everyone then begin filling in there end of the day papers, as Victoria finished hers she made her way to the front gates and saw Rupert waiting for her but he was looking at the sunset, looking a little sad up until he saw her.

Rupert: oh Victoria, there you are, I was waiting for you

Victoria: so what did you wanted to tell me?

Rupert: the thing is that you know how we get along very well and are very close

Victoria: *blushes a little* yeah I know, I think we have a great relationship together, in fact I wanna tell you something too

Rupert: I got an idea, we'll say both of our things at the same time, ok?

Rupert: ok   1   2    3

Both: I LOVE YOU!!! *realises what the other just said and blushes very red*

Rupert: wait you have feelings for me?

Victoria: yeah *blushes* it kinda silly but you like me?

Rupert: well why wouldn't I?, your perfect in my eyes

Victoria: hahahahaha same here, I'm really glad I told you this

Rupert: me too *pulls her into a hug*

Victoria: *hugs back* you know what, I think we should celebrate out of happiness and I know just how to do it *wiggles her fingers and begins tickling on Rupert's sides*

Rupert: *snickers* w-what are you doing? I thought you do something e-else like a kiss or even a party hehehehe 

Victoria: no way, this is way more fun besides I wanna hear you laugh because I've never heard it before *tickles faster*

Rupert: hehehehe hahahahaha no p-please I don't like tickles hahahahaha 

Victoria: well too bad, you getting them whether you want them or not *tackles him to the ground and continues the tickling* 

Rupert: *giggles* oh you want a tickle fight? I'll give you a tickle fight *quickly slides underneath her and immediately pins her down tightly*

Victoria: thats it? *tries to get up* wait what?! Why can't I get up?!

Rupert: because I've learned how to hold people down for a long time, you can thank galeforce later for teaching me that, new where were we? *begins tickling on her belly, sides and hips*

Victoria: HAHAHAHAHA!!! *snorts* Rupert p-please stop it HAHAHAHAHA!!! I can't handle it, I-it's too much *SQUEAKS*

Rupert: oh really? Well I might just have to hear you laugh even more *kisses all over her face and neck*

Victoria: HAHAHAHAHA!!! NOT THE KISSES!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!

Rupert: *realises that he's kissing her and immediately gets off her* v-Victoria I'm so sorry about the kisses, I got a bit carried away there.

Victoria: no it's fine Rupert, I really enjoy kisses so it's ok

Rupert: that's good *pulls her gently into a kiss*

Victoria: *joins in the kiss and after a few seconds she pulls out* awww thanks Rupert *looks at the sun which just went down* it's getting darker, I'll see you tomorrow Rupert *kisses his forehead and then leaves* 

Rupert: bye *waves* 

And since then, whenever they see each other at work, they would blow kisses at one other and even share kisses after one missions, which show that their relationship is really strong and loving.
