Charles and Burt were talking to each other with their headphones, since Charles was at the military while Burt was in the airship security room. They decided to meet up and hang out together and even got permission from their bosses, so burt made his way to the government site and found Charles in his tent.

Burt: hey Charles, good to see you *gives him hot chocolate*

Charles: hey burt, thanks for the hot chocolate *sips it*

Burt: so how is it working for the government? Anything new happening?

Charles: no nothing new but it's been going great, everyone has been getting better each day, what about you and the toppat clan?

Burt: same things as usual but recently we got a new couple in the toppat clan

Charles: oh and who would that be *sips his drink*

Burt: Albert and gene

Charles: *spits drink* ALBERT GOT TOGETHER WITH THE MAYOR!!!

Burt: yep, I saw them kissing in the hallway during work

Charles: wow, congrats to them *takes off headphones* anyway I- burt why are you staring at me weird?!

Burt: it just I've never seen you without your headphones before?!

Charles: oh sorry I took them off because I'm on my break, how about you take yours off, your not at work right now.

Burt: well ok then *takes the headphones off but giggles while doing so* 

Charles: why are you laughing? *walks towards him* do you think of something funny?

Burt: sorry but my ears are super sensit- hahahahaha Charles d-don't do that

Charles: *holding him in his grasp* I've never heard you laugh before so can I please hear it a little longer?!

Burt: of course you can, but please be gentle

Charles: of course I'll be gentle *tickles his ears*

Burt: HAHAHAHAHA *squeaks* HAHAHAHAHA 

Charles: this is so much fun, I didn't know you were ticklish *tickles faster*

Burt: HAHAHAHAHA ch-Charles i-it tickles *giggles while trying to get out of charles's Grasp*

Charles: I know it does, just like me *stops tickling*

Burt: just like you?! What do you mean by that?

Charles: you see, the truth is that I'm sensitive at the ears too

Burt: really?! Well in that case?! *tickles his ears*

Charles: HAHAHAHAHA I-I forgot I took my headphones off HAHAHAHAHA 

Burt: your right Charles, this is so much fun *tickles fast*

Charles: HAHAHAHAHA why I'm I so sensitive hahahahaha *giggles*

Burt: well most people are sensitive and I guess you are one of those sensitive types and that's a good thing. *tickles his ears faster*

Charles: HAHAHAHAHA b-Burt I-it tickles  HAHAHAHAHA 

*Knock knock*

Burt: who's there?!

Galeforce: it's galeforce, I'm here to see Charlie *enters the tent*

Charles: hey dad, what do you need me for?

Galeforce: well your breaks almost over so I figured it would give you time to take burt back to the airship.

Charles: ok then, shall we go *places headphones back on and finishes his drink*

Burt: *puts headphones back on* of course, let's go

Charles and Burt got on the helicopter and flew to the airship, Burt landed his feet on the airship balcony and looked at Charles as he smiled back at burt.

Burt: bye Charles, I'll see ya next time

Charles: bye burt see you soon *flies his helicopter back to the military*

Burt waves goodbye and Enters the airship to get to his office, he enters the room and sat down by his desk, he even has a picture frame by his computer, it's a picture of him and Charles giving each other thumbs up, he smiled at the frame before continuing his work for the toppat clan.
