Chapter 11 - the long needed conversation

— still peters POV —

I woke up, when the suns rays shone in my face. I turn around and saw y/n still sleeping. Damn she's beautiful. No Peter, no. She isn't interested in you, accept it. But I still watched her sleeping. After a few minutes she moved a bit and swung her arm over me. I didn't dare to move at all. My heart felt like it was about to explode. Then she woke up. She quickly got away from me. "Oh my fucking god. I'm so sorry.", she replied and her cheeks started to blush. "It's okay", I could just speak very silently. "You know it's the first time ever that you said sorry to me.", I just realised that and now I'm worried that she would regret being friends with me. "Don't make a big deal out of it.", she said coldly and disappeared in the bathroom. I could hear the shower going on and when she was done, it was my turn.

After we were done, we left the hotel and headed to the Stark mansion. When we arrived, she stopped in front of the door. "I shouldn't have come here.", she tried to run away but I was faster and caught her. "He changed, y/n. I haven't seen him that worried about anyone for a long time.", while I said that I pushed her inside, until she started walking by herself again. "What if it's gonna be the same again?", and she tried to run again. "Y/n, come on.", she sighed, "Yeah okay." I haven't seen it but I know that she rolled her eyes and that made me smile a bit. We arrived at the glass room and everyone was watching us.

"Why the fuck did you leave without telling anyone.", Tony was really angry when we entered and y/n wanted directly to leave again. "Y/n, please wait I wanna talk to you but first Peter has to answer me that question.", he told her kinda softly. You could see her surprised face, because literally everyone thought that Tony talked to her instead of me.

"I did what you guys should have done yesterday, looking for her.", Peter sounded kinda angry. "You were just lucky.", Tony said as an excuse. "No I wasn't. While you sat here and hoped that she will return, I saved her life." Are those tears in his eyes? Everyone was looking at me. "What...?", Tony was surprised. "Let's leave them alone.", Steve said that to everyone and left the room and they followed him. Now we're alone. "You tried to kill yourself?", he asked still shocked. "Yes and then Peter showed up and I changed my decision. He wanted to help me down from the railing I was standing on, but I slipped.", Tony listened carefully. "And then he saved you.", I looked confused at him, "uh, no. Someone in I think a spider costume and with superpowers saved me. I have to see him again. He is just like me! I thought I was the only one with powers." (Little reminder that you don't know about the avengers and their superpowers) Tony looked like he was shocked again but you didn't care. "I have to see him, Stark.", Tony, who sat the whole time, stood up and walked towards you. "That's not what we should talk about, y/n. We will talk about that later but not now.", he looked you in the eyes. "What should we talk about instead? That I run away? I'll just remind you, that you didn't even wanted to see me at all. Oh wait, that was before you saw my powers, right. You want to talk about that you wanna experiment on me? Fine, I don't care anymore. And now stop pretending that you care about me. You can maybe trick everyone else but not me.", he looked surprised since the 'experiment' part. "Wait... did you just say experiment? Why would you think something like that?", Tony said down again. "They told me that everyone else would do that as soon as anyone knows about my powers. That's also why I had to wear contact lenses.", you sat down too. "Who is 'they' ?", he looked concerned. "Oh I meant he. It's the doctor from my old home. Bucky said a weird name, I don't know.", Tony grabbed my hand. "Something like 'Hydra' ?" Ahh I new it was weird. "Yes, Hydra.", he almost jumped off of his chair and walked out of the room. "Jarvis. Lock the room.", "yes, sir." I walked to the door. "Wait what is happening, Tony?"
