Chapter 13 - the unwanted fight

— peters POV —

We're running to the hallway of this glass room and found her at the end of it. "We don't want to fight against you.", Tony stepped forward to her. "STOP! DON'T YOU DARE TO MOVE!", y/n screamed at us. This isn't her, it cannot be. "Ok we're not moving, but please stay calm. Let's talk a bit.", Tony tried to calm her down, but it didn't work. The glass room next to us shattered into a thousand pieces. "NOW YOU WANNA TALK, TONY!? YOU SHOULD'VE MAYBE DONE THAT BEFORE YOU LOCKED ME IN THIS ROOM!", we all went one step back, because we were really shocked. "This isn't herself.", dr. Strange told us, "her power took control over her. We just have to calm her down." Now I stepped forward to her and changed places with Mr. Stark. "Y/n, please. We didn't want to do that, we were just shocked, because-", she didn't let me finish my sentence. "SHUT THE FUCK UP, PARKER! YOU TRICKED ME JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE!", she's kinda right so I stepped back again without saying anything. "Listen, we don't want to experiment on you, because everyone here has superpowers. We just wanna know, what you want from us.", now Steve tried to calm her down. "I DON'T WANT ANYTHING FRO YOU, DON'T YOU GET IT!?", she lifted up and her eyes started to glow. Damn that's beautiful. No Peter, it's not the right time. "Seems like we have to do it the hard way.", while dr. Strange said that, he used his power and went towards her. The fight begins.

She took off Captain Marvel first and then dr. Strange. "She's fucking powerful!", Tony screamed. "Listen kid, you and everyone else have to distract her. In the meantime I'll go and try to create something, that'll maybe makes her weaker." I nodded and Tony flys to his garage, were he created some of his newest suits. I swing to the rest, that is still fighting and told them what we had to do. Then she knocked off Hulk and Scott. I hope he hurry's up. I tried to keep her trapped in my cobwebs, but she just formed them into feathers. Then I felt a hard hit on my head and everything went black.

— 3rd person view —

Peter landed on the ground and hit his head again. Everyone else that laid on the ground was surrounded with ice, so that they couldn't move again, but Peter landed in an edge were y/n couldn't see him. Just Natasha, Steve and Thor fought against you. "I hope he hurry's up!", Natasha screamed to everyone else. Then Thor got knocked out and got surrounded by ice. Thankfully Tony showed up and Peter got back up. "Okay listen! You'll have to distract her." Tony pulls out some handcuffs, which are covering the whole hand. "They're made out of the material, that caps shield is made of. Hopefully they'll make her power weaker. Oh and I also used Adium just to be on the safe side." They got split up, because y/n attacked them with an huge icicle, but they were able to get together again. "You really didn't save on materials this time.", said Natasha and smirked a bit, because she knew that Tony would do anything for you in this situation. "How are we gonna do that?" Steve was worried that they'll not succeed. "Let me do it.", Peter said. Everyone looked at him but Tony supported him: "Ok but be careful and everyone else tries to protect him." They split up but this time on purpose.

"Hey y/n...", Peter said with a soft voice, "do you remember when we danced on the rooftop?" Y/n started to focus on him. "I had so much fun and your voice was just so beautiful.", she got back to the ground, but still tried to harm him. Steve and Natasha were able to protect him a bit and Tony tried to get as far as possible to her. "And do you remember the feeling that you had, when you screamed and probably all the people on the street could've heard you?", she didn't really concentrate on the fight anymore and it seemed like she was looking straight in Peters eyes. "And when we went to bed, do you remember that? We teased each other almost the whole night and it is very likely that the ones next to your room hated us.", Peter is getting closer and closer to her and finally reached her. The eyes of y/n stopped glowing and she was herself again. "We had so much fun and I'm so sorry.", then he stepped back. "What are you sorry about?", she asked and in the same moment Tony put those handcuffs around her hands and knocked her out.
