Chapter 50 - The End

It's been a while since everything happened at Jotunheim. You visited Loki sometimes with Thor, just to make sure that he's doing alright and he is doing great. A lot of Jotuns say that he is the beset king they had since a long time and you're very proud of him.

You don't consider him as your brother and you talked about this. You were killed and reborn, you're not related to each other, so you're not brother and sister. You decided to be friends and it's going great. It's almost like the time you got to know each other.

With Peter is everything just as fine. You live together in your room and sometimes you're visiting May to check if she's okay. Thor is back at Asgard, he has a kingdom to rule too. You also visit him sometimes.

Also you and Peter had your first date and it was awesome. You had a lot of fun (also afterwards) and you really want to have another one soon.

Your life is perfect at the moment, except for the lies. You still haven't told them that you saw Cepheus again and that you're not cursed anymore, or that Cepheus might come back, but these are problems for the future, you thought.

With a present under your arm you go to Tony, because it's his birthday. While Pepper is covering his eyes and all the Avengers, Loki too, are excited, you put the present in front of him. He opens it after he argued about that this wouldn't have been necessary. Just open it. You always told him.

Tony takes out a piece of paper and starts reading it while everyone else is just very confused, except for Peter, he knew exactly what is written on it.

-Tony: "Pepper, read this. Are you reading the same? Tell me are you reading the same?", he just can't believe it.
-Pepper: "If you would let me read, I assume I will read the same as you."
-Tony: "Read it out loud."
-Pepper: "Okay... Will you, Tony Stark adopt Y/n Romanov!", she freaked out.

Tony stood up, so did you and hugged you with tears in his eyes.

-Tony: "This is the best present ever."
-Y/n: "If you sign, I will be Y/n Stark. I already did."
-Tony: "Pepper, give me a pencil please."

He sat down again and Pepper handed him the pencil. Tony was shaking while he signed the paper and he smiled the whole time.

-Y/n: "Happy birthday, dad.", you smiled back at him and now he couldn't hold back the tears.

-Natasha: "I think we should celebrate this."
-Steve: "Yes."
-Pepper: "I'll prepare everything."

The day went by and the party already began. Because it was Tony Starks birthday a lot of people came.

(Your dress)

You go to the bar and see Natasha standing behind it.

-Y/n: "Hey."
-Natasha: "Damn, look at you Y/n Stark."
-Y/n: "Don't think too much of me, now that I'm a Stark."
-Natasha: "But I already do.", she winked and gave you a drink she mixed.
-Y/n: "Tony will kill me."
-Natasha: "But I'm sure you'll kill him first.", you both laugh and you take the drink.

You and Nat go to the others who where sitting on the couch as always, except for Tony, he has to do a lot of stuff with a lot of important people.

-Steve: "I'm not sure if you're allowed to drink that."
-Natasha: "Steve, she's 18, she can decide by herself."
-Y/n: "Yes, and I can talk for myself.... Steve, I'm 18, I can do whatever I want.", you all laughed.

After a while Tony got on the stage that was built up in this room and hold a speech.

-Tony: "Thanks y'all for coming, that wouldn't have been necessary. I especially have to thank my family. I made a lot of mistakes and I became a father and trust me when I say this isn't true."
-Y/n: "Not cool!", you scream through the room and Tony laughed.
-Tony: "Anyway the girl who you just heard is my daughter. She gave me the best birthday present I could ever get. It was an adoption paper. This made me so proud, so I want you all to applause for Y/n Stark."

Everyone applauded and you just wanted to get out of there because it was very awkward for you. He finally managed to come to you.

-Y/n: "You really didn't have to mention that."
-Tony: "Yes I had. Wait, are you allowed to drink that?"
-Natasha: "Urgh Tony,..."

She explained it again to him and you told him what you told Steve earlier. The night was such fun and you felt alive for a moment. You hope that this will stay like that forever.
