Chapter 1 - Story of your life

Katarina Romanov - a beautiful woman who was worshiped by many people - had been in a relationship with the famous Tony Stark, nowadays also known as 'Iron Man'. They were happy, or at least that's what they thought they were, until she got pregnant and just vanished.

The reason for it was known by just a few people and those people are from an organisation called HYDRA. Katarina worked for them - it was her mission to get pregnant with Tony Stark's child and Katarina never failed at her missions.

Tony had been looking for Katarina for three years - he was sure that she was the love of his life. His search was in vain because Katarina couldn't have been found; HYDRA had killed her as soon as she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl.

The beauty of that baby was mesmerising, and would she have been born under normal circumstances no one would've even thought about hurting her, but unfortunately she wasn't.

The moment she was out of the womb, HYDRA started to inject her with many potions that would make her to the ultimate weapon. Of course no one knew if it would even work - that baby was nothing more than an experiment to them and that's how she got treated.

They kept her isolated from the world. Just one woman, who was especially selected by HYDRA, got to enter the room she was kept in. That woman raised her, made her think that she's her mother, and because of that she felt safe whenever she saw her.

She had to visit the 'doctor' at least every second day, where she got injected with more chemicals that would change her, and make her invincible.

The injections were successful and the years went by. Soon, the 'mother' wasn't visiting her anymore - it was too dangerous for the woman since the potions got stronger, and so was the child.

The food was delivered through a gap in the door, and no one was allowed to talk to the child. She was lonely, sad, and especially angry. She wanted to go out, to play, to talk to someone - she wanted to see her 'mum' again.

Whenever she did something wrong a loud and shrill noise got blasted through the speakers in the ceiling, and the room was drowned in flickering, red lights.

When the years passed and she wasn't a child anymore, she was allowed to leave her room. A robotic voice gave her orders through the speakers - they were always the same.

Go training. She had to go to the gym where training devices were build up for her and trained herself how to fight.

Go to the doctor. It meant more injections. They were becoming really painful, sometimes it felt like her body was being burned alive.

Food is ready. She was allowed to dine in a sort of cafeteria. It was big, way too big for her alone - she was always alone.

Go shower. It wasn't a normal shower. She had to undress and stand in the middle of a cold room. It had a drain in the middle, and from every side she got sprayed with water. Afterwards new clothes were laid out for her, which she dressed herself with, and then went back to her room.

It started somewhen - she has no idea when - that she didn't just get food, but there were pills too. It was the first time the robotic voice spoke something different to her than the usual orders.

Take those, they will keep you from dying.

And since then, the injections got worse. If she thought that her whole body was on fire before, she doesn't know how to describe how the injections felt then. Sometimes she thought it felt like she's going to die.

Some time after that, she also got contact lenses placed next to her food, and pills.

Wear them, they will let you survive outside of here.

Of course she started wearing them - it was the first time outside of here was mentioned, and it made her hope. Hope to get out of there soon and finally explore the world.
