Chapter 12 - Betrayal

"Tony what the fuck are you doing?", you start panicking and the storm, from last time, starts again. Peter and the rest rushed into the hallway, where you could see inside the room. "What happened?" Steve and everyone else was just looking at you. "Did she hurt you?", Natasha asked and checked him out. "She's from Hydra.", you could see the disappointment in his eyes. "I'm not, I swear.", you hit the glass wall. "Please let me out. I'll explain myself." Tears start falling down your cheeks. "There's nothing that you could explain.", Tony walked away and they followed him. "PLEASE!!!", you hope that at least Peter stays with you and will listen to you, but he didn't even look at you. "I don't even know what the fuck hydra is!" You hoped that anyone heard that but all the doors are closed. You lean against the wall and start crying.

— Peters POV —

We walk into the conference room. "What exactly happened?", Steve wanted to know. "Well,", he sat down and looked straight at me, "she told me about that guy in a suit which looked like a spider and that she really wants to meet him, because she didn't know that there are more than just her with powers." Fuck. "I wanted to save her. She fell off that building. Should I have let her just die?", I tried to defend myself. "Doesn't matter now. Tony, what else did she talk about?", Steve reminded us of the real topic again. "I said that we could talk about that later and that we have to talk about her powers.", he sighed, "she completely freaked out and said that if I wanted to experiment on her that I'll can do that know. When I asked her what she meant, she said that her doctor always said, that as soon as we find out about her powers, that we'll experiment on her.", he still seemed very confused and shocked. "She also always talked about 'them', so I asked her and she said that Bucky..", he looked at steve, ".. said something with a strange name. I, of course, asked her if it was Hydra and she said yes and that's when you guys came."

Silence, just the storm outside is making noises. Nobody's saying anything, because we have to progress everything that we just heard. "But she seemed like she really doesn't know anything about Hydra.", Pepper doesn't want to accept it. "Let's see the surveillance camera.", Natasha didn't want to believe it either. So Mr. Stark did what she wanted. Y/n sat on the ground with her hands on her head, trying not to freak out and to get her control back. She's saying something but no one understands. "Jarvis, turn the volume up." Jarvis did his job and everyone listened carefully. [I should have stayed there. No, they didn't want me anymore. Try to control yourself! Why is everyone freaking out?] We're just watching and everyone felt sorry and didn't dare to look away. [What have I done to them?] She suddenly got very angry and kicked the chair against the glass, but thankfully the glass is really thick that not even hulk could break it. We all stood up from the chairs, but still watched her. [CONTROL YOURSELF!] Everything in this room is flying against the walls. "She won't stay inside.", said Mr. Stark worryingly. "What? The door is locked and not even hulk can break the glass.", Thor didn't really understand but no one did. "When she run away I also locked all the doors but she went straight through them. She doesn't need to break it, her power just has to do that. Go get your equipment!", everyone, me included, hurried up to get their suits and stuff.

We're back in the conference room and luckily y/n is still inside of this glass room. "Do you guys really think that Hydra sent her to spy on us?", I asked them. "No, she reacts different than everyone else that we fought against.", Steve slapped my shoulder to calm me down a bit but it didn't work. "Yes Rogers, but she is different than anyone else. She has powers. Maybe they sent her to us, so we could train her and if I got it right, then she got raised from Hydra. She'll might run back to them as soon as they reach to her. And you don't know, maybe she was there yesterday, before you found her.", dr. Strange told me. We called him, Scott Lang and Captain Marvel Incase we aren't strong enough. "She's very strong. Do you think we can defeat her?", Steve asked dr strange. "Yes she is very strong but she can't control her powers. She got a huge gift but no one trained her how to use it." That wasn't a correct answer, that's why Steven asked again. "I don't know. I'm not sure if this is all of her power that she showed us, or if there's still a huge part sleeping inside of her that's just waiting for a fight.", he answered and made everyone of us nervous.

Suddenly everything froze. The chairs were cold and you couldn't sit on them anymore and on the windows were ice crystal. "That's what I talked about and that might not be everything.", dr strange prepared to fight, just as everyone else did. "It won't take long until she escapes.", Natasha said. I don't want to fight her but I have to if she's hurting my family . "But we won't kill her, will we?", I asked, hoping they'll say no. "No, we won't, kid. We need answers.", Tony said and looked at everyone of us. That comforted me actually a bit. Then the alarm started. She got out.
