Chapter 4 - the unwanted decision

After a while you go back inside. You're soaking wet and when you step inside you made everything wet too. Pepper wanted to get you but as she saw that she just started screaming at you: "What are you doing!? Why are you wet!? Have you any manners!?", "Oh my god calm down.", you roll with your eyes and use your powers to dry yourself and everything else. She stares at you with an open mouth. You're thankful that Bucky came to get both of you.

Bucky and Pepper, still shocked, took you back to the room made out of glass. Inside is the famous Tony Stark. You really don't want to go inside but you have to. "He calmed down a bit", Pepper replied. You deleted her memory of you using your power on the way, because you really didn't want to explain everything. "Stark, she has nowhere else to go. She's alone.", Bucky started this awkward conversation. "Fine.", he comes towards you and looks you directly into your eyes, "but there are rules. First of all, I'm not your Dad, so don't even call me like that. For you I'm Mr. Stark. Second you will never interrupt any meeting that I have or that's happening even without me. And third, don't disturb me. If you want anything then ask Pepper, who is Ms. Potts to you, and if I want anything from you, which I think will never happen, I'll let you know. Oh and you have to go to school.", you agreed with everything except the thing with school. You never went to a school and you also weren't informed by anyone. You look to Bucky with a frightened expression on your face but he just nodded. "Ok Ton- I mean Mr. Stark, but do I have to go to a school? Is that really necessary?", "Yes it is. Like that you're not here a lot and I don't have to worry about you destroying anything or something else.", you know that he doesn't want you here so you agree. "Good. Now Ms. Potts will show you your room.", he sent you away.

"He usually is completely different. It's just that your Mum-", you interrupted her, "I don't wanna hear it, because it's none of my business.", Pepper was kinda surprised about your answer. You're both silent the rest of the way. "That's it, that's your room. Where are your clothes?", "I don't have any.", you answer. She thought that it's a joke but when she saw, that you weren't laughing she understood. "I will talk to Tony about that. Maybe you can go shopping. If not then I will organise some clothes for you.", you just nodded and went into your room.

It's bigger than your old one, but the furnishing is almost the same, except for that there's some decorations and even though it's black, another colour than white.

You lay on your bed and think about how school is gonna be. Will they like me? Will they hate me? Why do I even care. How long do I have to stay here? Will I also just be alone? Isolated? So many questions are in your head, that you fall asleep.

After a while you get woken up by Pepper: "Hey sleepyhead get up. You have to get some food.", you look at her and she directly knows what you wanna know. "He won't be there, because he already ate.", you nod and go with Pepper. When you arrive, she leaves and you're alone. Again. When you were done you just decided to leave and explore this big mansion.

You get to a training room and you start training. It was like a reflex and it seemed like you looked for a training room. While you're training, you feel free. Just like you did when you laid outside in the grass while it was raining. How can something be so horrible and yet so beautiful at the same time? When you were done you headed back to your room. When you entered it you saw a notepad, some pencils and a backpack. You were kinda happy but also afraid of what will happen.
