I grinned looking around at all the people walking past us eating candy floss, holding their children's hands as they jumped up and down, eager to get on a ride. The music that blared from each ride had your adrenaline pumping through your veins and eager to sit down and scream your lungs out.

I felt almost like the children in this place, pulling along their parents who just smiled and chuckled down at them while they were eager to get on everything here.

As I looked around, admiring the funfair on this large field, Dom pulled me to his side by my waist as I almost bumped into a group of people who were walking straight towards us and also seemed to be too distracted to notice me.

"Thanks," I smiled at him.

"I hope you're not scared of heights," he chuckled. "I probably should've asked that before I started driving."

"Probably," I chuckled. "But fortunately for you, I'm not."

"Good," he smirked. "So, what do you want to do first?"

I looked around the place, carefully examining each booth they had for those weird duck fishing, to the raffles where if you won the correct number you got these massive fluffy plushies. And last, but not least, I looked between each ride and carefully watched them while Dom waited patiently for my answer beside me.

I quickly spotted a ride I knew I would like and grinned.

"That one," I pointed to the one that was doing all sorts of spins in every direction in mid-air.

"Alright then," he nodded and we set off towards the ride to cue up.

When it was finally our turn to pay and sit down on the ride I could feel my heart in my stomach as the adrenaline pumped quicker and quicker through my veins, the music wasn't helping.

"You alright?" Dom asked from beside me.

"Yeah," I nodded. "Just excited."

"I can tell," he smirked.

The ride closed the gates off from anyone else getting inside and the ride raised up from the ground slowly, before it started spinning in slow circles for a few rounds.

"Don't forget to hold my hand if you're scared." Dom added with a wink.

As the ride began circling faster and faster it eventually lifted higher off the ground and began spinning in one-eighty degree angles back and forward before moving on to full three-sixty spins which were faster and much much much more terrifying.

I screamed my heart out as the ride got faster and faster and I decided 'fuck it' as I reached over to Dom and held his hand for dear fucking life. He didn't complain, only chucking at my high pitch screaming and squeezing my hand back.

The rest of the rides continued on like that, we tried out soo many, each one ending up in us holding onto each other, well I held onto him for dear life while he obliged.

As we came off, what we decided to be, our last ride of the day, when we got off the ride to continue exploring the fairground, he didn't let go off my hand and neither did I. So, that's how we currently ended up walking around the fair, hand-in-hand with the both of us having smiles plastered on our faces.

"Ooh!" I exclaimed, dragging the both of us over to a booth where you had to shoot a bunch of targets to claim a prize. "Can you get me one of those up there?"

I pointed to a massive wolf plushie that looked incredibly fluffy and comfortable to cuddle with.

"But if I get you that, he's gonna be getting most of the cuddles from now on, what will happen to me?" He asked.
