Merddison Quarantined

She got on the plane.

Meredith was sobbing, in the middle of the airport. She didn't care at this point. The one good thing she had going was done all because of her. "Hey, are you okay ma'am?" A woman who was around her age asked. Meredith wiped her tears.

"Not really," Meredith sighed. The woman out her hand on Meredith's shoulder.

"Do you want to talk about it, you looked like you just said goodbye to someone." The woman asked.

"Sure," Meredith said. She sat down and took a deep breath. "I had a fight with my girlfriend, and I tried to stop her from leaving but I was too late." A tear slid down her cheek and the woman wiped it away.

"The plane took off?" She asked. Meredith gave her a look and the woman giggled. "Dumb question I know."

"Yeah, it was." Meredith replied. Meredith began twiddling with her fingers and looked down. Her phone started buzzing and she grabbed it. "Sorry I have to take this," Meredith said. "Amy what's up?" She asked.

"Did you find her?" Amelia asked through the phone.

"No, she got in the plane and it took off." Meredith replied.

"Oh, Mer I'm so sorry" said Amelia with remorse evident in her voice.

"It's not your fault, I'm the idiot who let her." Meredith said.

"I'll see you when you get back then." Meredith hung up and turned to the woman.

"I'm gonna head home, thanks for listening to a stranger." Meredith said.

"I'm Meghan," she said. Meredith smiled back at Meghan.

"Meredith." Mer replied. Meghan nodded and said goodbye. Meredith walked out to her truck and unlocked it. She hopped in and closed the door. Tears slid down her face and she began sobbing loudly. "Damn it damn it damn it!" She shouted.  She turned on the truck and drove home.

When she arrived home all the lights were out. She walked in the house and went upstairs to get ready for bed. When she got to her room tears once again walked in her eyes. "I didn't get in the plane." Addison said with tears streaming down her face.

"You didn't get on the plane." Meredith said. Addison shook her head. Meredith ran to her and jumped into her arms. She connected their lips and wrapped her legs around Addison's waist. "I love you and I'm so sorry for everything." Meredith said when she pulled away.

"I love you." Addison said. She turned around and placed Meredith on the bed. She crawled on top of her and connected their lips again. "I'll never leave you again."

-hehe I bet some of you thought she actually got on the plane because of the title! I almost made her get on the plane.
