Today Toni was going home. She ignored her text from Jeremy. Surprisingly her mom hasn't texted her yet, which means Jeremy hasn't told. She was nervous though. Coming home means putting her plan into action. She knew she was gonna get hurt obviously, and she was still healing from the last beating she got. Her mom was in New York as usual, but she's coming home today. Hopefully she can make Jeremy fall into her trap. She walked into the house disappointed because her mom was already home. "H-Hey mom...."
"You have some explaining to do young lady." She said.
"Okay, okay. Yes I was a Cheryl's but when you came I was already asleep."
"I came at 7 your never asleep that early..." Jeremy said.
Bitch, like you know my sleep schedule. "Well, I was really exhausted, we were driving around all day."
"It's okay sweetie. Next time just notify Jeremy or me when you leave."
"Okay." Toni mumbled. She walked up to her room, and slowly laid on her bed. She didn't realize her shirt was lifted a little, so you could some bruises, and her mom walked in.
"Toni..." Her mom said. She walked closer and got a better look. "What the hell happened. Lift your shirt."
"No, mom. I'm fine."
"Does your girlfriend hit you?"
"Mom! No, she doesn't! Just leave me alone, I like Cheryl, and if she hit me I wouldn't of spent the night at her house."
"Then explain to me what happened."
Then of course Jeremy walked in right after she said that. "I heard yelling is everything alright?"
"Toni has bruises covering her body." Violet said.
"What?"
"Toni, lift your shirt," Violet said sternly.
"No, I don't feel comfortable." Toni mumbled.
"Jeremy out." Violet pointed to the door. Jeremy slowly walked out, and glared at Toni. "Now, let me see."
"Cheryl already iced them, and it hurt so I'm not letting you do anything." Toni slowly lifted her shirt, and her mom gasped at the sight.
"You wanna tell me what happened?"
"I-I got j-jumped. By a bunch of G-Ghoulies. Cheryl, and her brother saved me."
Violet stayed quiet for a while. She honestly knew Toni was lying but she didn't want to push it. "I'll go notify the poli-"
"No!" Toni blurted, but quickly corrected her self. "No, it's fine." She said quietly.
Violet walked out, she didn't know what was going on. Who gets jumped and doesn't notify the police?
"So? What happened?" Jeremy asked. As if he didn't know.
"She got jumped, by gargoyles or something."
"Oh, does she want us to tell the police?"
"No, she doesn't for some reason." Violet sighed.
"Jeremy opened his arms, "c'mere" He said and hugged Violet. "It's gonna be okay."

Toni was at school, and she couldn't find Cheryl. Not that she could show any affection at school she was just worried. She decided to call her.
"Babe, where are you? Why aren't you at school?"
"We have school today?" Cheryl asked groggily.
"Yes, we have school everyday. And I don't want you missing it, it's important."
Cheryl sighed into the phone. "Fine, I'll be there in a few."
"Okay, see you when you get here. Bye."
"Bye."
Toni giggled a bit. She knew Cheryl just woke up, and her morning voice was so cute. Toni walked into the student lounge, and sat on one of the couches. Then, a cheerleader came up to her. Peaches.
"Hey, Toni." She sat pretty close to her, Toni scooted away a bit.
"What?" She said in a rude tone.
"I wanted to ask if you wanted to y'know go out?"
"Ew." Toni rolled her eyes. "I'm not into girls, and I'm way out of you league." Toni scoffed. Then she saw Cheryl standing with her friends watching the thing go down.
"I remember pretending to be straight." Cheryl sighed.
"Yeah, and you sucked at it. Everyone already knew." Veronica laughed.
"Yeah, that was a tough time in my life."
"When does she plan on coming out?" Betty asked.
"She says she doesn't want to ruin her reputation or something, and I don't want to pressure her. She's just not ready yet."
"Oh."
The bell rings, and all the students start heading to class. Cheryl and Toni both have english, but Cheryl wants to skip and hang in the lounge.
So while all the students are heading to class, Cheryl just stays where she's at. Toni looks over, and walks over. "Cher, what are you doing, we have to get to class."
"I really don't want to. The teacher is so mean to me." Cheryl pouts.
"C'mon, it's probably because you skip class so much, now let's go." Toni grabs Cheryl's hand and drags her there. Cheryl just groans and follows.
"Blossom, right on time, I'm proud of you." The teacher says.
Cheryl rolls her eyes, and sits in the back of the class. Toni sits in the front because she likes to participate, and pay attention. English was one of her favorite subjects.
While Toni is following along in the passage, Cheryl daydreaming, while staring at the north side princess.
"Ms. Blossom." The teacher said snapping her out of the day dream she was having.
"Hm," she hummed.
"Read the next paragraph."
"Actually I'll pass..." Cheryl would never tell anyone one this, but she has dyslexia. It's not that she can't read, it's just sometimes the letters on her page move around, or they disappear, and she doesn't want to embarrass herself.
"This is not a choice Ms. Blossom. Now you can either read, or go to the principal's office."
"I'll go." Cheryl grabbed her things and walked out.
Once she got to the principal's office, she just sat in one of the chairs, while she waited for Mr. Weatherbee.
"Do you wanna tell me why your here?" She turned around and saw Mr. Weatherbee standing in the door way.
"I didn't want to read in english."
"Ms.Blossom the day has barely even started yet. How come you didn't do as your told."
"Because I didn't want to, like I said." Cheryl rolled her eyes.
"Would you like me to call your grown ups to come get you, because this behavior is unacceptable."
"Do whatever. I don't care."
