Chapter 49

Toni entered Cheryl's apartment mad. Cheryl hadn't responded to any of her calls or texts today. She thought Cheryl was either cheating- yeah that's it. She walked in, and saw Cheryl asleep on the couch. Papers filled with notes were everywhere, as well as binders and notebooks. She sighed. Of course Cheryl would never cheat.

Toni kissed Cheryl's forehead, and began to walk out but was stopped.

"Babe?" She heard Cheryl groggily call out.

"Hey..." Toni walked back, and sat beside the girl. She moved hair out of Cheryl's face. "I just came here to check on you because you weren't answering any of my calls or texts..."

"I was just studying, but must of fell asleep." The redhead sat up and kissed her. "I missed you."

"I missed you to babe." Toni smiled lightly.

Then there was a knock at the door. Cheryl got up and opened it. She definitely didn't look presentable. She had Toni's vixen hoodie, and black sweatpants on. Her hair was in a messy bun.

There were a group of girls at her door. "Hey Cher." A girl with blonde hair smiled.

Cheryl knew these girls and didn't like them at all. They were assholes to everyone, and bullied a lot of people. How did they know where she lived? "Hi?"

"Can we come in?" The brunette asked.

"How did you know I lived here? And I've hardly ever talked to you guys. I don't even know your names."

"I'm Vanessa." The brunette smiled, and winked.

"I'm Lili." The blonde narrowed her eyes, as if Cheryl was supposed to know her.

"I'm Camilla." The raven haired girl said.

"Babe who's at the door?" Toni asked walking to the door.

"Can we come in or not?" Vanessa huffed.

Toni already hated them.

"Uh..." Cheryl looked back at Toni like she was asking for approval. Toni shrugged. "Sure?" She said like a question.

The three girls pushed past Cheryl and looked around. It was a small. The kitchen was to the right, and the living room was right there. Then there was this sliding door, to which they assumed to be the only bedroom, and then another door beside which was the bathroom.

"It's small." Camilla pointed out.

"Well, I'm the only one living here so obviously." Cheryl rolled her eyes.

"The who's this?" Lili asked pointing to Toni who sat on the kitchen counter.

"My girlfriend." Cheryl sighed. "Why are you here again?"

"Well, we saw you and thought you were cool so yeah. Like your red leather jacket with the snake, that's cool." Camilla stated. She wasn't the brightest...

"Yeah, and we like your style." Lili informed.

"Thanks...?" Cheryl said sounding more like a question.

"Where'd you get the jacket anyways?" Vanessa asked eyeing Toni. She may or may not have a crush on Cheryl.

"I'm in a gang." Cheryl walked over and stood between Toni's legs, facing the three.

"Really?!" Lili exclaimed.

"Yeah...anyways is that all? Are you leaving now?"

"Can we hang. Vanessa here really li-"

"Shut up Cami." Vanessa interrupted.

"Well, if you couldn't tell she already has company." Toni sassed.

"Last time I checked this wasn't your apartment." Vanessa narrowed her eyes.

"Well I-" Cheryl stepped in but got interrupted.

"Last time I checked you weren't her girlfriend." Toni rolled her eyes.

"Gu-" Lili began but got cut off.

"Last time I checked, no one asked who you were."

"Last ti-" Toni began.

"Guys!" Camilla yelled. "Stop. This isn't doing any good. Van c'mon we'll come by another time."

Vanessa huffed and walked out with the rest of the girls.

"Babe, are you sure you don't wanna do anything today babe?" Toni asked as she stroked Cheryl stroked her hair lightly. They were cuddling on the couch. Cheryl was spooning Toni, as their legs were intertwined.

"Mhm." Cheryl hummed half asleep.

"Okay baby." Toni whispered as she brought up one of Cheryl's hands that were wrapped around her waist and kissed it.

A few minutes later, a booming knock woke both the girls up. Cheryl groaned and went to answer the door. Her eyes went wide. "F-Fester?"

"Hey Cher. I just wanted to apologize for-"

"Taking my innocence away from me. Something I will never ever be able to get back? Yeah, fuck off."

"Wait! I'm being serious. Seventeen year old me wasn't the brightest. I was a horny teen-"

"And that's supposed to justify your actions? You were a horny teen? After I came out. No. Get the fuck outta here."

Fester huffed and walked away. Once Cheryl closed the door she broke down. Gosh, she thought she was over this. It was nearly five years ago.

"Babe?! What happened?" Toni asked running over to her. Cheryl just cried. Toni walked over to the girl and moved her onto her lap. "It's okay..." She soothed. "You'll be okay."
