Chapter Twenty Four

"I can't believe this is one of our last nights here," I say to Erana as I stand in her doorway.

She was beginning to pack her cloths.

"Oh I know, it feels so weird leaving," She agrees and I walk into her room and plop on her bed.

"You know what we should do tomorrow..." I begin as a crazy thought arose. "What?" She asks. "Sky diving," I say and sit up to see her reaction.

"Mia.. Sky diving?" She laughs and I look to her seriously. "Yes," I reply and she creases her eyebrows and sets down her jacket she was taking off of the hanger.

"Like actually?" She questions again and I nod. "I saw someone do it like a few days ago on my insta and I don't know.. It seems fun," I shrug and she looks to me confused as to why I was suggesting something so crazy.

"I mean if it makes you happy, I'll do it," She says and goes to her desk grabbing her phone. "Let's schedule a time right now," She says and my eyes go wide with excitement. "Actually!?"

I stand up going over to her. I grab her forearm of the arm that was holding her phone. "You really want to?" I ask and she looks up into my eyes. "I mean why not? It'll be a fun memory to look back on with you," She says and I smile and my eyes betray me looking down to her lips. I quickly look back up and nod excitedly turning the attention to her phone again.

We schedule our time for 3pm and paid for our tickets online. I can't believe she's actually doing it.. Just for me.

That's one of the many reasons I fell so madly in love with her. She does anything to make me happy..

I mean besides being with me.. But we won't talk about that.

"I am so excited!" I say and leap towards her causing us both to fall back on the bed. She wrestles on top of me for dominance which wasn't hard for her to gain.

I reach under her armpit and she squirms causing me to get away from her hold. "Now that.. That was totally unfair," She says and throws one of her pillows at me from across the bed as we both laughed.

My phone begins to ring shifting both of our attentions.

I reach for it across the bed and see Brody's name pop up.

"Hey Brody," I say and look to Erana who awkwardly smiles and I stand up walking out of the room to avoid the awkward stares.

"Hey Mia, you sound out of breath, you okay?" He asks and it causes me to laugh. "Oh yeah no me and Erana were just messing around that's all," I assure him.

"Okay well Im heading over to Sarah's in a bit if you want to join," He offers and I close my door behind me walking into my bedroom.

"Is it cool if Erana tags along?" I ask. "Of course! I mean it's just like a 30 second walk from your place to hers," He reminds me and I laugh. "Yeah that's very true..."

We talk for a few more minutes before we both decided we needed to get ready if we wanted to be on time to Sarah's.

I wore a basic white crop top and some shorts and tried to make my makeup look as natural as possible with my hair down.

"Hey you ready? I think Brody's here," Erana says knocking before opening up my door.

I grab my phone and keys off of the desk and walk out with her.

"Hi there," I say opening up the door to Brody looking down the hall clearly not prepared for me to open it when I did.

"Oh hey Mia, you look... Beautiful," He says pulling me into a hug.
