Chapter 3, "I miss us"

Jayda's POV

For the past four years. Harry and I haven't gotten much alone time together. The kids have taken up most of our time and plus me working a business full time. Luckily my assistant, Cory helps me out when I need him.

Our sex life has been pretty much non existent and boy am I yearning for him right now. It's just been so long. Every time we start it ends instantly due to the kids. Don't get me wrong, I love my babies but at the same time, mommy needs her fun too.

A lot of things are different now though. Harry hasn't been making music since the band broke up and I miss it so much. I've pretty much excepted the fact that they won't get back together, but I don't want Harry to not use his gift because of it. I know the boys are all still close, he'll we practically talk to Niall and Louis everyday and Liam visits every now and then with Maya.

However, I do miss us. Us as in Harry and I. He means the world to me and I just want my baby to be happy.

"You okay over there?" Harry asked, pulling me from my thoughts.

"Yeah. I was just thinking."

"That was an interesting launch date wasn't it?" he laughed.

"You can say that again. I'm happy for them though. It's about damn time them two got together."

"Hmmm. I thought they would've already gotten together."

"I could tell how much the kids missed them. It's been a while since they've seen all the boys."

"I know. They've grown so much since everyone last saw them."

We drove in silence for a few minutes until I finally got the courage to speak up.

"Soo...." I started.

"Sooooo," he laughed.

"So I miss you." I stated.

"What do you mean love? I'm right here." he chuckled.

"Harry I'm being serious." I whined.

He suddenly pulled over to the side of the street.

"Okay. I'm listening. What's going on babe?"

"I just...I don't know I miss us. I miss you. I guess I just miss how things used to be."

"Ok....."

"Harry I miss sex!" I blurted out, then quickly covered my mouth looking back to make sure the kids didn't wake up.

"Oh," he smirked.

"Stop. I didn't mean it like that. Well I did, but it wasn't supposed to come out like that. I just want to do something spontaneous like we used to. Sit up for hours and just talk. I miss you opening up to me. Why don't you anymore?"

"I don't know honestly. I miss it too though. When we were younger and just had the love of one another and the boys. Truthfully, I miss the boys too."

"I know you do baby," I said, taking his hands in mine.

"So then, let's do something spontaneous. Go to a random hotel order in and just talk about everything."

"What about the kids?" I asked, hoping he had a plan for them as I looked at the backseat to see their sleeping bodies.

"I'll text Liam and ask him if he and Maya could babysit for the night."

I began to get extremely excited as Harry texted away.

"He said he's free. Looks like we're on for tonight."

"Great! Let's go home and pack."

I know how cliche we sounded but I didn't care. We both needed this. I can't tell you the last time we had a genuine conversation.

As we pulled into the house, I quickly went to unstrap Hannah as Harry got Hendrix. I loved pulling up to our house everyday. It truly was a beautiful design. 5 acres sure does do a house good. A beautiful white stone model surrounded by land and a gate.

"Mommy I'm tired," Hannah whined.

"I know baby. I'm about to put you back to sleep. Uncle Liam and Auntie Maya are coming to stay with you both tonight. Mommy and Daddy have some business to handle tonight okay?" I informed, trudging her upstairs with Harry right behind me.

"Okay. Can we get pizza?"

"Of course baby. You can get whatever pizza and dessert you both desire tonight."

I watched as both Hannah's and Hendrix's faces shot up with excitement.

"By the time y'all awake, Uncle Liam will be here so just tell him what you want." Harry told them.

After we put the kids asleep for a quick nap, we ran to our room to grab suitcases and clothes. Harry checked in with Liam to see what time he would be back.

"Okay, Liam is about 10 minutes away. Are we all settled?"

"Oh we're settled alright. I have something extra special and new packed for you sir." I winked.

"Is that so?" he said, pulling me into him.

We began to kiss frantically missing each other's touch. However, we were soon interrupted by the ring of a doorbell.

Harry's POV

"Hey Liam and Maya. Thank you guys so much for doing this." I said, giving both of them warm hugs.

"Aye no problem mate. We've actually missed the little ones."

"They've miss you too. We'll all have to catch up when we get back."

"Where exactly are y'all going?" he asked suspiciously.

"Ummm....just a bit of business we have to take care of," Jayda interrupted.

"Hmmmm," Maya laughed.

"Ummmm so the kids are napping right now and they want pizza. I left some money on the counter and yeah. Just make yourselves at home. You know your way around," Jayda said, rushing out the door and to the car.

This is the first time in a while that I've driven the Ferrari Jayda got me, but I figured this is the perfect occasion.

We took a long drive to the other side of town for a hotel and decided to stay at Rockery Hotel and Spa. There were no paparazzi near us and we were both dressed in sweats.

I quickly signed us in and got us the first available room given. I had no clue where the night was going to take us but I was beyond excited.
