Chapter 62, "Water Broke"

Jayda's POV

Flashback...

"I've decided on the perfect name." Kara declared.

We were all in her room just relaxing and being in this beautiful moment.

"Well what is it?" I asked.

"Z'Jack Javier Malik." she beamed proudly. "I have to incorporate your name in here too Jayda."

"Ohhh Kara... you're going to make me cry." I said, tears already down my face.

"Oh god." Harry sighed.

I ran over and gave her a light hug.

"Do I get a say in any of this?" Zayn asked.

"Nope. It's already decided." Kara said.

"Lucky enough I love the name." he smiled, taking Kara hands in his.

She accepted them and they stared at each other for....forever actually.

"Okay.....who's hungry?" Liam asked.

"Jayda's hungry. I'm so hungry please go get me some food. I'll give you my card, but just please?" I begged.

"Okay okay. I'll go get you some food. Anyone else?" Liam laughed.

"Oh you're an angel and I'm so sorry for ever talking about you." I gushed. God, what the hell is wrong with me right now?

"Umm is she okay?" Zayn asked.

"I'm just going to go with.....hormones." Harry laughed.

Everyone else told Liam what they wanted and him and Maya set out.

"Jayda why are you crying?" Louis asked.

"I- I don't know really. It's just....you're all growing up so fast. We all are." I sniffed.

"Whot?" Harry chuckled.

"Think about it...that's about to be 5 kids in the house. 5!!! Y'all are...gosh they grow up so fast."

"Says the youngest one in the room." Zayn commented.

"Shut up Zayn. Can't you see she's having a freaking  not even a middle aged crisis." Kara said, motioning her hands for me to come lay with her.

"Yeah that's not a real thing. It's mid-life crisis. Jayda's not even 50." Amelia said, gaining glares from the whole room. "Never mind. It's a thing."

"Sorry guys. It's just....a lot has changed."

"That's for sure." Kara said, making me laugh.

We all sat there just thinking about all the life changing events that have taken place. It wasn't really an awkward silence...just soaking in everything. We've all been through a lot.

1 month later....

Harry and I have been separated for a month now. Things haven't been easy, but he's been really helpful with the pregnancy and what not. He's been kind enough to let me take the room and him sleep in another room. The kids can't really tell; I mean they might feel like somethings a bit off but we're just trying out best to co parent.

Speaking of co parenting, that's exactly what Zayn and Kara have been doing and they've done an amazing job. You honestly wouldn't be able to tell if they were separated or not. I'm not going to jinx things, but I'm glad they're working together....for the baby's sake obviously.
