Chapter 68, "Teasing"

Jayda's POV

As I was laying in the bed just staring at the ceiling, Kara bursted in the room.

"We needs to talk." she said.

"That we do."

"You first." she said, getting under the covers with me.

"So.....I kinda sorta kissed Corbyn last night in the kitchen." I started.

"Hmm....so that's why the light was on." she laughed.

"Oh shut up. Anyways, so that happened and then today I left earlier with Zach and let's just say Corbyn didn't really like that. I'm pretty sure he's still a little mad, but it was honestly nothing like that with Zach. Don't get me wrong he's very much so attractive, but Corbyn has my full attention. So, I called him in here and you know....buttered him up a bit to get him to relax..."

"Not the you and Corbyn. That's hot. Jonah told me that he was feeling you."

"Really? But that's not even the moral of the story, Harry came in here basically confessing his love to me and what not and basically saying he's ready to get back to how we used to be and now I'm confused." I huffed.

I looked at Kara and she bursted out in laughter. "If Harry don't move on somewhere. How is he ready now? That's that same shit Zayn doing and I'm honestly getting tired of it. Dude was just like how I need to move on and now he don't want me with no one else. Like what the fuck?"

"I'm telling you. I haven't had this much excitement is so long and now here he go claiming he wants this again, but I think it's only because he was jealous of Zach and that's not even the one to be worried about." I said.

"You know better, but I understand. Jonah is just so.....sexy and fun, but he's sweet too." she gushed.

"Corbyn is so dominant and kind. He's.....he's just wow." I smiled.

"Not you over here blushing." Kara teased.

"But I need advice or at least your input."

"I think that you deserve to have some fun. You're a hard working mom and you've been a hard working wife for Harry even with the separation, so I think some fun is long overdue. Plus, Corbyn is really interested in you. I see the way he looks at you and girllllll, it's like he just want to devour you." she laughed.

"Oh my god."

"No but honestly, I'll support whatever you decide to do. But I like how happy you've been and I don't want that to leave if you decide to get with Harry again. My turn. Lay it on me." she finished.

"Truthfully, Zayn is even confusing me. Like I said, I feel like he's jealous just like Harry and he just wants you back in his grasp. Jonah is clearly invested in you and like you said, I miss seeing you this happy. I know you still love Zayn, but what's wrong with having a little fun before we settle down again. Both of us have been committed to one person for so long and I just think that we deserve to get excited about something different."

"Well said. So what I'm hearing is continue to have our fun?" Kara smiled.

"And just accept the consequences later." I laughed.

"Oh god. We are....."

"Crazy."

"Yup. Let's go start on dinner." Kara said, getting up and reaching her hand out to mine.

As we walked out my room, we both saw Corbyn and Jonah glance at us but just continued walking like nothing even happened. Kara made enchiladas while I worked on the tacos and nachos.
