Chapter 64, "1 year later"

Jayda's POV

I was trying to catch up on some much needed sleep when Kara came in and woke both Jade and I. Then the girl gone leave me with a crying baby. Who does that?

I got up and walked over to Jade's crib. As I picked her up, Harry walked into the room. "Could you rock her please?" I asked.

"Of course." he smiled, taking Jade out of my hands.

I plopped back on the bed gaining a laugh from Harry. "Tired?" he chuckled.

"Very much so." I mumbled into the pillow.

I felt him sit down next to me and I raised back up.

"You don't have to get up." he smiled.

"I know but I just want to take in this moment." I said, rubbing Jade's skin.

"Okay. She's so beautiful."

"Yes she is."

Jade soon began to fall back to sleep and me along with her.

Harry's POV

Jayda fell asleep on my shoulder as Jade went to sleep in my arms. Their resemblance will never not amaze me. She had Jayda's beautiful brown skin, her eyes, smile, and soft touch. However, she had my lips and my hair.

I placed Jade back in the crib without disturbing Jayda and was about to leave when Jayda suddenly called my name.

"Hmm?"

"Don't go yet....please."

"Okay." I smiled, going back to my usual spot.

I laid down and she rested her head on my chest. This is a feeling I've missed so much. I pulled the cover over her and she went right back to sleep. It's crazy to think that in a year, this is the closest we've been to one another. I've had a lot of time to think about what I want, and I know for sure that I have no life without Jayda. She is my everything. Hell, she has given me everything. She's given me love, life, a family, hope, trust, honesty, and most importantly....she's made me the man I am today.

I would be so lost without her by my side. I am lost without her. Co parenting had been really easy for us, but that's not all I want. I want everything that comes along with having a family. I should have never treated Jayda the way I used to. I'm not even going to lie, I thought she would have put her ring back on a long time ago, but this just shows me that I don't have room to mess up again. This is my final and last chance to win her back. But then again, I never should have lost her in the first place. I went to sleep beside her and it's the best sleep I've gotten in....well a year.

later that evening.....

Jayda's POV

I woke up to find myself laying on Harry's chest. It was a nice feeling to be honest. I got up, making sure not to wake him, and walked over to Jade. Sure enough she was up and rolling around in her crib. I picked her up and we walked into the living room.

Surprisingly, everyone was out there watching a movie along with the kids. Toy Story to be exact.

"Well hello there loves. Want to join?" Louis asked.

"Please mommy?" Hendrix asked, reaching for Jade.

"Why not?" I handed Jade to him and he carefully took his seat back on the floor.

"Good to see you Niall." I smiled, just teasing him.

"Oh shut up. I'm here all the time." he laughed.

"I know I'm just joking. Where's Amelia?"

"She's at work or....somewhere. She might be coming over later who knows." he shrugged.
