Jayda's POV

next day....

It was 2pm and I was just now waking up. I was still a bit hungover from last night and did not feel like talking to Harry at all. When I got up, I noticed he wasn't in the bed and noticed the shower running.

I laid there staring at the ceiling until he finally came out with a towel wrapped around his waist.

"There's some aspirin on the nightstand and juice for you," he said plainly.

"Thank you," I mumbled.

"Are you ready to act like a grown up now? I don't want to go to Kara and Zayn's fighting."

I was baffled. He's kidding right?

"I hate to tell you hun, but you're fighting with yourself. I am acting like a grown up. You can't be mad because I was drinking with a friend." I sighed, rolling my eyes.

"Jayda we both know that's not the issue here."

"Then what is? Harry what do you want from me?" I shouted.

"Don't yell. And what I want is for you to be honest."

"I was being honest with you," I cried, not even realizing tears were coming down my face, "I expressed to you that I wanted another baby and you basically told me no. I told you okay and that still wasn't good enough for you."

"Jayda..."

"No, don't Jayda me. Harry I have and will do anything for you. We both know your career will sky rocket and I will be here every step of the way to support you."

"Exactly you can back me up through everything."

"Harry I don't want to back you up. I want to be beside you. I'm not your back burner, I'm your right hand person."

"So what is it Jayda? Do you not want me to make music anymore?"

"You know I would never ask you to do that and I don't even want you to. I just want you to give me something. A guarantee, something to lean on here."

"So a baby is a guarantee to you?" he huffed.

"No. I'm not even worried about having more kids anymore, a baby is just something I want eventually."

"And you will have another one. I promise just not now. What can I do to provide you some clarity?"

"Availability is all I will ever ask from you Harry. That's it."

He went into deep thought. We both knew he wasn't able to promise that. Before he could answer, the doorbell ring. I assumed it was Anne dropping the kids back off.

I quickly wiped my tears before answering. I didn't want the kids to worry about us.

"Hey babies! How was it at gran's?" I said, giving both of them one big bear hug.

"It was really fun mommy. We played games and ate lots of yummy sweets," Hannah bragged.

"Did you now?" I smiled.

Harry came in the door frame stealing their attention. I looked at Anne to see a worried look on her face. I swear, I can't hide nothing from this woman.

"Are you alright love?" she asked kindly.

"Yes I'm fine. Thank you though. I hope they behaved well for you."

"Oh please, they were splendid and great company. Jayda, you can tell me. Is everything alright?"

"Yeah, it's just a lot going on right now."

Just then, Harry came into the conversation.

"Hey mum, how are you?" he asked, kissing her on the cheek.

"I'm good son. I was just checking on things. Everything alright?"

Harry and I looked at each other.

"Yeah, everything's good," we said in unison.

"Okay, well I have some errands to run so I'll see you guys later." she said, hugging us goodbye.

We closed the door and headed back over to the kids.

"I'll get them dressed." I sighed.

"Jayda-"

"It's fine Harry. I get it. Get dressed, we need to go pick up their gifts."

"Okay."

"C'mon, let's get you guys in the tub. We have a house warming to go to. Hendrix, you first. Go run the bath water while I get you and Hannah's clothes."

"Okay mommy." Hendrix said, running up the stairs.

"Mommy are you okay? Your eyes are red," Hannah asked concerned.

"I'm alright baby. I'm just a little tired. Come on, let's go get you dressed."

I hurried to get the kids dressed. It was now on the cusp of 6 and we had still yet to leave the house. I was at least going to take us a hour to go get the gifts and come back, and I really didn't want to be late.

I also didn't want to go into their house fighting, so we had to fix it now.

"Harry." I said hesitantly.

"Hmm?" he asked, not looking up at me as he continued to put on his shoes.

He wore black mesh shirt with red roses, black jeans, and black dress shoes. He was really making it hard for me to be serious right now.

Harry's POV:

There was a reason I wasn't looking directly at Jayda right now. She looked too damn good for me to be arguing with her right now. She wore ripped skinny jeans that shaped up her curves, a black tied shirt that showed a little bit of her mid section, and black heels. Part of me thinks she did this on purpose.

"Harry, would you look at me please?" she begged.

I finally gave in taking her appearance into full view. I eyed her body from her head to her feet. As I looked up, I saw she was doing the same to me which made a sly smirk come onto my face.

She stepped closer to me...

"Harry, I don't want to go to their house fighting. Can we just please call a truce? I'm sorry okay. We'll figure this out, but tonight can we just be civil?"

"Okay, Truce. Starting now." I accepted.

"Okay. You look really nice by the way." she said, looking me over one last time.

"You look good too. Can I have a kiss?"

"I think that can be allowed," she smiled.

I grabbed her face kissing her lustfully as we heard a knock at the door.

"Mommy, Daddy are we leaving yet?" Hendrix asked.

Right. The kids are officially back.

"Yes baby. C'mon, let's go get you two in the car." Jayda said, leaving me yearning for more.

We loaded into the car heading to a warehouse to pick up Zayn and Kara's customized gifts. I know things weren't necessarily great between Jayda and I, but things were okay.

It was beginning to become dark as it hit 7:30. The workers loaded our order onto a whole other truck that Jayda had to drive to their house.

30 minutes later...

We pulled up to the house and it was so beautiful. I've seen the house before due to us passing it, but I never really took in the beauty of it. I was excited to see what they have done with the place.

Jayda parked the truck a little ways down so they didn't see some big truck in the driveway. I waited for her as she walked up the driveway. I immediately noticed the other boy's cars parked in the driveway.

Here goes nothing....
